I have had a membership for years now and I can see a big difference in the quality of all Adore Me items.
I have been using Adore Me for nearly 2 years. I LOVE the matching bra and panty sets. They are true to size, comfortable, and durable. I'm a 42 DDD and I've never had a wire poke through. I also love the lingerie. Amazing prices and even better quality.

I have been an Adore Me customer for over a year. I love how well and lovely made the items are. I even sent a gift card to a plus-size friend because I knew these items would fit her well. Plus size garments aren't usually as nice as the Adore Me garments, but these fit well and look great.
I started a subscription in February of this year for their valentines box. It's pretty expensive but I thought it would be worth it if I found anything I liked and their styling fee goes towards any items you keep so I thought it sounded like a great deal. I ended up keeping an item or two so I kept the subscription active. The next few boxes weren't so great. I didn't like some of the colors and designs even though you can basically customize your box with surveys and the sizes were off so I wasn't really keeping anything. With my most recent box, being July, I kept one item which was just a pink pair of leggings because I either didn't like or didn't get the right size in other items. I returned the rest and decided I didn't want to continue receiving boxes as I was just losing money on items I didn't like and wouldn't even wear. I stopped thinking about it for months until this week I get charged 250 dollars from Adore Me. When I checked my account I noticed that every item in that box was marked not received and I had been charged for the whole box of items that I didn't have. This is the second time I had been falsely charged hundreds of dollars and also part of the reason I canceled in the first place apart from the service just not being worth the money I did actually owe them. Luckily I have had no problems with customer service. Right away he was able to see that I had marked it returned when I returned it and refunded the money I was charged instantly. Still will not ever be renewing the service though.

I would give zero stars if I could. Watch out ladies/gents these people will steal your money (they have your card number if you buy from them) and try to blame it on you. This is what happened to me. I had a subscription for several months and it was going well. Then one day I looked up my bank balance and I was TWO HUNDRED dollars overdrawn. I knew this was wrong so I called my bank to find out what happened. I was told it was a $210 charge from Adore Me. So I called Adore Me and they said that I had not returned one of my boxes FOUR MONTHS AGO. Which I also knew was wrong. After a bit of talking with the phone person I was then told that it was returned but not in time. Now I'm lucky because I keep all paperwork and archive all phone receipts. So I went back into my archive and found the receipt they had sent me. It stated that, not only did I return the box EARLY but I also paid for the item I had kept. If I had not kept that receipt they would not not have given me back the money they literally STOLE. It wasn't until I sent a very strongly worded email telling them that I had proof of my payment and the time it was paid, that they gave the money back. Do not let this happen to you. I canceled my subscription immediately. You should never start. And if you do SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS.

I only received 1 out of 2 orders. Called customer service, it sounded like I talked to someone outside of US...difficult to communicate and a lot noise in the background. It's like they are running this production outside of a sweatshop...

My experiences have always been good. When I needed to cancel an order there were no issues. When I needed to exchange an item I had no issues. They get me my order in a very timely matter. I have no complaints about he way I am treated
I am a petite woman and none of the joggers or pants list inseams. There are size recommendations but to be honest- weight and height have very little to do with how long someone's legs are. I have a very short inseam and those measurements were not listed as they are on many sites. When I contacted customer service- they gave me a generic 'cookie cutter' response that said "refer to the size chart." When I called customer service, the gentleman was very nice and kind and looked into it for me and returned to say that information is simply not available. I appreciate his research into the matter but was sorely disappointed it wasn't available anywhere. I will not be buying pants simply because the information isn't available and there is too much effort needed to return after buying with the unknown- Please consider making these measurements available for both petite and tall ladies alike!

My girlfriend who is 83 had mostly blaa bras and panties. Buying her pretty/sexy bras and panties has changer her whole attitude. She often wears them as her only clothing around the house with me.
I ordered 2 sets of bras and panties from AdoreMe. This was not my first order but my first order in some time. According to the company, my order was delivered. It was not. There was no information on the delivery notice as to which company was delivering my order. When I called customer service, I asked who the delivery company was. I was told, "Pitney Bowes." This is not a delivery company. I asked if he meant USPS. He acknowledged that he did mean USPS. If asked if I'd called the post office since according to the information he had, my order had been delivered. I had to explain 3 times that the delivery information from AdoreMe did not indicate who was delivering my order. When I said I would like the items replaced, he said he would send a voucher. Again, I had to say 3 times that I wanted him to replace the items.I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that managers do not speak to customers. I could get an email in 3 days. I was finally so frustrated that I asked him to refund my money. (We'll see if that happens.) I will never purchase from AdoreMe again.

Having the right sizes and outstanding materials. Wife loves the fit and quality of materials
Most things fit well and as advertised. My wife looks great and loves the bras we have purchased.
I primarily used the elite box. The pieces were quality and my style. Returning things I didn't want was easy. When I had all I needed, cancelation was easy and hassle free. I also ordered separate pieces and was satisfied with results.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
