"I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ADORE ME AGAIN. Thought it was a cheap and decent site but after ordering for the first time they have charged my card for 80$ over the past two months and I cannot get a refund at all. I was not aware that I was being charged and I think this is the scam part of how they make their money. I will do anything in my power to shut down this company and keep people from ordering from Adore Me. They claim they cannot give refund after 30 days but they automatically charge your card. No better than all the scam companies out there who just want to make money and they do not care about their customers at all. Please stay away from this company."

I first of all didn't mean to sign up as a VIP member, which I get is my fault. Read the fine print next time, whatever.
Also, the bra I got that first time fell apart in just a few months. So super terrible product quality.
But now I have all this "store credit" which is just them holding my money ransom. THEN I actually do need to buy a bra. Well, cool. At least I have that credit on adoreme.com. They only have 3 bras in my size. One of them is clearly going to be unflattering on me, so really they only have 2 in my size.
I pick the lesser of two evils and they proceed to send me the wrong size. Two sizes too small, in fact. Ugh, so annoying! But at least it's free returns. So I reorder and shoot them an e-mail, like, hey guys. This happened, can we make super duper sure it doesn't happen again?
And of course it happens again.
So I'm stuck with all this apparently unusable store credit. Like, it's completely ridiculous.
It's supposed to be a site that's accommodating to the larger busted among us. But it really isn't. They don't even care enough to reply to my e-mail with a generic automated apology.
This site might be for boobs, but it's run by $#*!s.

I will echo what has already been said, this company carries themselves poorly and are a horrible scam. I called to cancel my "VIP membership" previously and was told that it had been canceled and my debit card would no longer be charged. THAT was a HUGE lie. Trying to get through to customer service to see what the issue is and why I am STILL getting charged even though my account was "canceled" is a NIGHTMARE! I have been managing to just get a refund within the 30 day period online temporarily, but I am sick of this blatant disrespect of their customers. I finally just called my bank and filed a dispute for the most recent claim and had to cancel my debit card to make it stop! From what I am reading, the record keeping of this corporation is sub-par and people have experiences of them calling but Adore-me not having the records for some reason. I am worried that this is just going to happen to me and then my dispute will be refuted due to a lack of concern for the customer on adoreme's part. If you want to and can afford the VIP membership and dont mind them sucking money from your account for ETERNITY than it's a great website. If you're someone who just wanted maybe ONE BRA SET and the "PAY AS YOU GO" option is not clear, then DO NOT SHOP ONLINE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered something from Adore Me on cyber Monday of 2014. A bra and pantie set for $7.95. The money came out of my account and everything and I have STILL not received my order. I never even received a confirmation number OR an email. I've called the number listed on the website MULTIPLE times, and waited about 25 minutes each time. Every time I finally get connected, the person on the other line acts as though our connection is bad and hangs up. I messaged the company through social media, in which they asked for proof that I was charged and when I gave them. Proof they insisted that they needed more proof and a transaction number. Both of which I did not have because as I explained, I never received an email OR a confirmation number. They then told me that there was nothing they could do. I will NEVER order from this company again, nor will I ever recommend it. I have never been more upset when ordering off an online site.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
