I've been a vip member for almost two years now. I've been very happy so far. I really have no complaints.
I'm hooked on Adore Me! It's very easy to shop and to place orders. I love tracking the packages. And so far I've loved everything I've purchased.

I've always enjoyed Adore Me. I've had nothing but great experiences until the order I placed today. The sizing changed. I am a 36 DDD which is not available at the regular size (stops at 34 DD) and the plus size starts at 38 then goes to DDD. I guess I'm in-between sizes but because of this I had to guess which would fit me best. This is the first order I've had this issue with
Size seems to be the most pressing issue with my boxes. Received items too big or too small. When you pay for a shopping service, they should know what items run, small and big and make the adjustments for you. That service!

The bras and underwear fit great. They look great and feel great
I have been using Adore Me for a few years now. The customer service has been flawless. The app is easy to use. The quality of the lingerie I have received has always been up to par or better than what I expected. Shipping has never been an issue, my items always arrive timely.
Every month I order and it used to be pretty decent for turn times - now it's 4+ weeks to get your order and every item is VERY different on size, which is such a disappointment as I've always been your biggest fan but last 6 months the quality and timing is such an issue I'm thinking of canceling

The products are nicely made. I have no complaint. I did not personally create my account. I was hacked. Also.I decided to try and purchase items I liked after looking online at promotions and discounted costs to find I would be charged full prices. UNFAIR

No tuve ningun problema en comprar en online en otras tiendas online a veces la pagina SE congela pero no aqui.
I called the help line and they helped me get everything sorted in less than ten minutes and I had my things reordered and on the way shortly after.
I'm not sure what is going on with this brand, it could have just been the warehouse that the items came from but they smell like feces! We had to wash it immediately and take the package outside because it started to make our house stink. Buy somewhere else!

Quick delivery. Took less than the estimated time to arrive. Simple exchange. Returned one of the three items I purchased and immediately got a coupon to purchase a new set (I got the same thing in the correct size, but it seems like you can get any other set.)
I used to purchase the elite membership that arrived monthly. Now the site says it is "unable to be built" - no issue with my payment, and I've reset all the setting to be the most inclusive- like I'm not eliminating too many things. I reached out to customer service about this as advised, and they basically said, yes sometimes it takes a while. That was 4 months ago. And the response just completely unhelpful.
Instead I just shopped online. I've made purchases before and been pleased with the fit & quality. I found them to be true to size. Firstly, I could not don't a like to get back to my shopping cart ANYWHERE on the site, until I had to add, and subsequently delete an item I didn't want. And then the standard shipping, which I believe was free, took 10-14 days to arrive.
Again, I'm happy with the products but they need to invest some time in customer service! Especially if they want any repeat customers!

I get the elite boxes the only issues I have with the boxes is prices and some of the clothing Ii didnt like very well prices could be more affordable especially if u want to keep more items or give more payment options
I ordered an elite box from adore me a few months back. When I got the box most the items were made cheaply and didn't really fit right. So I returned all the items the next day I got them. Just yesterday I received an email saying that 2 items were missing. Which I knew was not correct, so I called the customer support number and explained I would not be paying for those because everything was in that box. She proceeded to tell me that she looked up my package and said everything was in the box but they received it a day late and that's why they put those 2 items as missing. Sure I would understand a late fee if I didn't return the package by the date they said it needed to be in the mail. But it wasn't late on my part. And saying that items were missing and charging me 80 dollars for items they knew were there is not okay. I've bought underwear from them before and those were good quality but this website is a complete joke. Save your time and shop somewhere else.

The quality of everything I've gotten is great and so beautiful. And it's easy to skip a month if you need to so I never feel pressured to buy anything.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

You can try your sister size. It helps you find a similar fit while adjusting the size. Just make sure to adjust accordingly and that's it!
**Useful deets:** if you opt for a larger band size, the proportions of the entire bra will become larger, thus, you'll need to make the cup smaller.
- For example - if your true size is a 34D, and you'd like to adjust, your options are a size 36C or a 32DD.
