I love the items I get from Adore Me- they are well made, comfortable, affordable and give me confidence.

Items were fine but I had a terrible time trying to return them. It didn't use to be like this.

Very satisfied with the product she loved it. She looked gorgeous in it. I just thought your shipping at times was awful slow.

I recently had implants so I was told no underwire. I still wanted sexy so I purchased two separate sets. Arrived on time and removed wires after making sure they fit. Beautiful! And comfortable. And my boyfriend loves them

I ordered from Adore Me as a fun gift. BIG MISTAKE. As usual, once the product arrived and I decided to keep, I washed and dried prior to initial wear.

I wore the pj set to bed in my NEW sheets and woke up the next day only to find black stains ALL OVER. The black PJs STAINED MY SHEETS. I cannot get the stains out.

I contacted Adore Me and included pictures of the damages. Instead of refunding my purchase, as requested, they offered me a voucher!?! They also said they, "cannot offer compensation" for the sheets ruined by their product.

The product is cheap, obviously, but I expected much better customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The lingerie is very sexy and husband approved. The underwire of the bras tends to dig in more often than not.

I had been waiting for my order for 2 weeks so I called customer service to ask where my order is. They told me it had been cancelled which was new to me, especially since they still charged me. I contacted customer service to ask where my refund was. It took a while but they did eventually refund me. I am still disappointed in the situation of cancelling my order and having to call customer service to get a refund.

I was charged 3 different times for all the items in the box, which is usually $200+, because they didn't get the box back in time. Every time I returned the box to my post office within the 7 day period for trying on. Every time they charged me it was for a box that was a few months ago. Why don't they notify the customers sooner that they didn't receive the box? I don't know, maybe they just want to try charging people for old boxes to get more money. Either way, I have had to cancel my subscription to this site because of the terrible return policies. I have attached the response I get everytime I complain about this happening

I did reach out. They explained why - how program works. It is only for full price on tour monthly.

The clothing is good. Shipping - hmm, could greatly improve. The program should be revamped for all purchases.

I've worn Adore Me for a couple of years, so I can honestly say the products are fantastic. From lingerie to swim to loungewear, I've worn it all.
However, this is the second time my order has been lost in the mail, which I realize is not the company's fault. Last time, customer service was through the roof with refunds and quick fixes to make up for it. We're still within the margin of 'maybe it'll still get here' with this last order, but I have no reason to believe the customer service will be any different this time if my order doesn't arrive.
Anyway, mostly satisfied for this reason, the shipping service seems to have more issues than any company I consistently buy from.
Otherwise, A++++ on every level.

Love the website - easy to use. Love the lingerie that looks terrific even on a plus size gal like me - 44DD boobs and a 4X belly, my guy says I look SEXY! (And I feel it.) Quick ship, and have bought multiple sets and single items, with only one bra that was uncomfortable. Quick resolution with an email to customer service - credit for the bra within a few hours, didn't even have to return it.

One of my items was completely incorrect. I ordered a white lingerie set for my wedding and instead I received a cheetah swimsuit. There was no email stating they were substituting my item due to stock. I am extremely disappointed. When I tried to call, no one was available to take my call.

Bottom line is I was looking for something similar to a chemise/babydoll I already have. I bought the closest looking items that I thought might work, they don't look good on me at all. So I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't buy again. It's not exactly the website's fault, but it shows the limitations of guessing how things will look on you. And another thing is that they didn't have the colors I was looking for (a vibrant red).

Love this set. I feel so beautiful and sexy in it, and it's a big hit with my hubby. I tried following the size chart, but ended up exchanging the first set for a bigger size. The exchange was easy and quick!

Aways get a great variety of products that fit well. Shipping has improved but even during peak sales the wait is worth it. Easy to work with for exchanges the few times I had to send something back.

I like the way it fits on my body. The material is good material.

So farall products I have e purchased I have been satisfied with the fits, price and arrival time. The only thing I would change is the convenience of skipping in a month.

Bought some underwear and my wife said she didn't like them and never opened them. I was not given the option to return them. So that is a complete waste of my money and influences whether I purchase products from you in the future
