They have great products and wonderful sales but their shipping needs kicked in the rear end last few orders have been late leaving the warehouse so makes delivery late like a week or so late
… honestly i could deal with the loose stitches in some of the items, especially for the price of a cute set. But about every 3 months or so i would get a $200+ charge from adore me because i "didn't return my items" but one phone call later they would tell me i did return my items and my money would be back in my account. To be fair, i did always get my money back. But i cant afford to just have $200 or more taken out randomly and hope the charge is reversed before my bills autopay. I still wear my items, and if i didn't have to worry about my money being taken, i would still be subscribed to the elite box.

I subscribed to adore me elite boxes with the promise I'd only pay 20 bucks,but of course in the fine print theh tell ypu they charge for each individual item you keep, I ended up overdrafted 222 dollars, nice stuff overpriced

Prices advertised are false. I called customer service and was basically told that despite the screenshots and emails I received, I had to pay a MUCH higher price and no explanation was provided, outside of "the sale/discount is based on your account'.

They were a little loose in the breast area. I wear a DDD. I did not like the fit. They are very sexy in the pictures and just ok in person. The material is cheap.
Often feels like anything in my size is thrown into a box. There needs to be a "don't ever send me this" option— I've gotten the cheap-feeling satin robe at least twice and I hate them… got knit boxer shorts last month, not something I have indicated any interest in. My color preferences are blues and greens, and I often get a whole box of mainly black.

Returned an unopened box well within the return window and they lied and claimed I didn't. Charged me over 300 dollars for a product I don't have THREE MONTHS after I returned it. Customer service refuses to help. They say it's against their policy to refund me. Currently reporting them to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

With discrete and well boxed beautiful attire the Mrs and I enjoyed them very much.
This sight is easy to maneuver. If I forget to opt out for a month they will quickly credit back a payment. The items are beautiful as well. Overall I really appreciate and enjoy Adore Me.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
