I like the variety in my Elite box! It allows me to try things that I would not normally try myself. My frustration was with bra sizing. I used the measuring chart on the website with poor fit. I had to exchange. I feel as I order more, I will know my size for this brand.

My package was never delivered even though USPS claimed that they did! I called the customer service representative was amazing not only did he listen he gave me credit and I was able to reorder everything again!
I joined 5 years ago after seeing what a great deal it was - a new set of undergarments for a reasonable price and after buying 5 sets at full price, I would get one free. After the first couple of purchases, and their rise in popularity, the prices became less reasonable and everything seemed to be "on sale". This confused me as the agreement stated the sets had to be at full price. With only the very expensive sets displayed at full price, I inquired and was told that I had to purchase the sets at full price to eventually get the one for free. Still didn't answer my question but okayyy... I was eventually able to complete my end of the deal and as soon as the free set arrived, I cancelled my membership.
We have been nothing but happy with what we have received. Only issue was we ordered the wrong size once and they sent a replacement before ours was even in the mail to return! Excellent.
I was subscribed to their elite box subscription where you pay a $20 styling fee that gets credited towards your purchase of anything in the box. There wasn't anything in this last box that I particularly like but as to not have the styling fee go to waste I decided to keep a jogger and tank top set. The pants were too big so there's an option to exchange them which I do for a smaller size. During the check out it showed the joggers at full price but the styling fee was not credited. After contacting customer service I was told that the styling fee would not be applied since I did an "exchange". So in order to not lose the styling fee I would have had to have kept an item that doesn't even fit. Customer service didn't seem to care about this fact so I went ahead and canceled my membership.

I've always hated the classic underwire bra. They were always too uncomfortable for all day wear. I have fallen ASLEEP in bras from this company! And so SO CUTE
The one piece swimsuit I bought ran small even though I checked measurements and the second swimsuit didn't fit right. I wanted to return it but I never heard back from the company when I contacted them

Overall, I had a great shopping experience as well as customer service experience when I had to exchange my order for a different size. And the product I received is as exactly shown in the picture and as adorable as shown. Loved it and enjoyed wearing it
The service is horrible. The products are repeated on elite. I got 3 boxes recently and they all had an item that I already owned. I don't need 2 and they wouldn't allow a refund or anything. I could only return it for a new color. Which I also didn't want. I wanted a new option. So i cancelled. I was tired of dealing with getting the same items all the time.

Customer service is top notch! Anytime I have had an issue (very few) customer service was easy to contact, VERY pleasant and easy to deal with. They were quick to resolve my issue. Love the products- sexy and practical and fits perfectly if you follow the measurements they provide. I've been a customer for over 4 years and I've never been disappointed. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to purchase panties to sets separately. My initial bras always last longer than my panties and at times I would like to replace the ones to sets I've purchased. Luckily there are enough new cute things every month to keep me coming back. Love AM!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
