Their website was very well organized. They had a large selection in all sizes, shapes, colors, and lined or unlined bras and panties.
Products were quality and customer service was excellent! They helped me with my address issues very quick and efficiently, very impressed!
Absolutely love every piece I've ever bought, fits my curves perfect! Material is high quality, love everything so far! And so does my partner 🥰
Bras are not very supportive and the quality is just not there. I didn't know why they can't include some high waisted undies with their sets. I always just end up throwing away the panties

Products when they arrived were uncomfortable and sooo stabby. A package was lost and never arrived but marked delivered and I had to fight to get an answer other than "well it says delivered maybe use a different address". Like geez thanks. It might be cute but it definitely was not worth it. Overhyped like VS.

Misleads you into subscribing then makes it impossible cancel. Representatives kept telling me I didn't have an account. I had to threaten legal action for them to magically find my account.

Ordered bra in my size 38dd the cup was fine but the band was about 2 sizes to small had to buy extenders. Removed the straps as it was a strapless but had to keep pulling it up.

Everything was great! Great quality, size, color, etc
1st order got lost and needed resent. They couldn't explain why it showed in tracking going back and forth across the country. Having said that, since deliveries are tracked pretty accurately and the products are very nice and great selection.
I have been very happy with all my products and especially the credit each month. I have invited friends to start ordering as well. The size kinda fluctuates depending on the style of the product. But for the most part everything is excellent!
I wanted to like Adore me but I have spent hundreds of dollars and hardly wear any of it now. I've tried different sizes and it just doesn't fit great nor is it comfortable. Also, I noticed that items look worn out very quickly. They do have a great return policy and monthly subscription is easy to pause or skip. Just wasn't worth it.

When AdoreMe has a sale, it is usually a good one. Their full-price items are a bit expensive, and the "monthly showroom" feature is deeply annoying, but their size range is great!
I bought mediums per the site and what I formally wear. The 2 I bought were tight and not comfortable. I returned but decided I wasn't buying larger in them since I figured they would be too big.
Now the problem… the return process is awful! I couldn't get 2 items that would have been the same price as the other 2. I could only swap one for one. If it was cheaper, then I didn't get the money back, that was the exchange. If I went over since I was getting a 2 piece set, only one piece would be covered and I had to pay for the other piece…. It wasn't for me.
I got my 2 pieces (but would have rather chose something else). The larges in these were big! I didn't want to do the return process again so I kept them. Money down the drain for me.

All of the items I have bought have been great, I love the designs, the variety, the availability of sizing and pushup options. The only thing that is really frustrating is that one can't buy the panties separate from the bra. Sometimes I would like to buy both panty options or just the panty or just the bra, it's frustrating that I have to buy the set. That's the only downer.

I asked for items that had padding in the cup area and lingerie items. I received several unlined items, if they had lining, there was no padding. I also received a lot of pajamas. Not lingerie that I had requested, pajamas. I also had several items on my wish lists and was never sent anything similar.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
