I'm not sure how I was registered to program.
"Store credit " where they were charging my credit card a monthly amount. With out my permission and calling it ( Store credit).
For something sold as an Elite experience the quality of the items sent was disappointing. It seemed as thought most of the items were returns or clearance level garments. It also seemed to make no difference for me to make my preferences known because the items sent didn't reflect those preferences. There are lots of nice items on the Adore ME website but none of those made to me.

I'm finding things I can't find in a store! I can shop from home and returns are easy!
We have been a Adore Me customer for several years. We like the return policy and associated customer service. The products are affordable but still well made.
Enjoyed shopping for lingerie in the privacy of my home and being able to try on. Most items were well made and hand picked just for me based on my likes and dislikes. I do however feel that I get way too many emails.
In the past year or so I have bought numerous items from Adore me. I've been surprised at how comfortable these garments are, while being sexy and beautiful. I always get my packages in the time given and often they arrive early. I also like that they remind you in the days leading up to the "shop or skip" days, so I have time to skip the month, if I choose to do that.
I ordered one nightie and I loved it. I kept going back and looking at all the wonderful négligées, but I didn't understand how the subscriptions worked. Finally, I just started buying things and now I think I'm addicted. I love wearing the sexy undergarments. They're remarkably comfortable and they make me feel good. Sometimes we need to just splurge and treat ourselves to things that make us feel good. Adore me offers just the right kinds of things for that.
I made a purchase on the site, right about the same time that I found a medication that helped me with a health condition Id been battling, which caused some weight to fall off. While that was happeing, it did take awhile for the order to arrive. When it did, i found that of the three sets i had purchased, when i tried everything on, the bottoms were fine, but the brassiers were all larger than i needed. When i attempted to exchange them for the corrected sizes, i was informed that i couldn't, because i couldn't return the bottoms in an unworn state. Also, the bras dig under your arms, and scratch quite a bit. They're rather poorly constructed.

I am very disappointed with the treatment I've received with my last interaction and will never shop with y'all again. I've had shipping issues in the past did not receive one of my subscription boxes one month. I had an email confirmation that I would not be charged for that box. When I decided to give y'all another chance and ordered something nearly a year later all of a sudden I got charged for all items in that box. Absolutely disgusting! Now I am out over $200 for items I told you I did not receive. I am absolutely done with your service.
After utilizing the subscription membership for over three years, I can tell you that the quality has gone down significantly, this company literally releases the same product every month and just a different pattern and we're supposed to get excited about it. Although I love the fit I'm bored and have closets full of the same lingerie in different colors.
Unfortunately, I have had repeated Customer Service issues with this company specifically that they advertise three piece sets you purchase it and sometimes you don't get the third piece. I say sometimes because half of the time I get all three pieces and half of the time I don't. Every time I contact Customer Service and show them that it's a three-piece set. They tell me I'm wrong and refuse to refund return or send the missing piece. Every single time.
The last time I contacted Customer Service to let them know that they forgot to send me a piece. They showed me how to cancel my membership. That's how much this company cares about their longtime customers that when you contact them to let them know that they didn't send you something, they tell you how to cancel.
Also, these free gifts are complete trash. No I don't need a lemon covered fanny pack. No I don't need a hard plastic picnic blanket. That's all of 3 feet long. I know I don't need the exact same products every year at the same time. I don't need this free gift because I got it last year and the year before and it's not even a different pattern.

I purchased two swim suits and very satisfied with fit, price, and quality.
So far everything I've bought from there is awesome!
AdoreMe runs a scam where people who purchase their products are automatically enrolled into a subscription program and charged $40 each month. You can't get your money back, and the way they get you to agree to the scam is by hiding it in the small print. It's unethical and ridiculous to scam money out of your customers. I'm never ever going back.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
