I love everything about them. I've purchased bras & panties, sleepwear, swimsuits and lounge wear and never been disappointed. Sizes are true and fit perfectly!
Any large cup girlies know how hard it is to find a bra size that fits consistently. Adore Me's bras all fit nearly identical and obviously have the cutest designs and colors. I will never shop anywhere else or go back to granny-pantie status in my lingerie.
The deal was absolutely awesome. Was a little bummed that the sizes I ordered fit, albeit a bit tight and that I couldn't exchange them. I ordered the size I usually do. Products were still awesome!

I've been an Adore Me VIP member for a very long time. As a mom we don't often do things for ourselves. I look forward to opening my email and seeing my showroom. Once a month I get a gift for myself. The sleep wear is always comfortable and soft. The fit is spot on and it feels nice to have a little something that's just mine.
I tried this subscription for a few months and found some fun options for special occasions. I liked that they gave option to choose basic idea of what you receive. I also liked receiving some items out of my usual comfort zone. Most items quality was just ok and likely wear just a couple of times. Craftsman ship is not consistent and things didn't fit same. Small in one box may need to be med in another. Fun wore off as it is some work to remember to check order, keep up with emails and run boxes back to post office but it was fun treat for a while.
The fit wasn't exactly good for my measurements. I followed their sizing and purchased accordingly, and it felt a little off.
Also, recently, the company randomly charged me for a monthly membership and I never consented to or signed up for that. Felt awful to know that they just used my credit card from a one time purchase for this mistake.
AM is a great company which has a lot to choose from. The online ordering is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Any question I had was quickly answered by a customer service representative. We love AM.
I've never had a good experience with their customer support. I've gone through at least a dozen bras with them trying to find ones that are the right size. I was constantly sending things back that were sent out in the wrong size or sometimes just the wrong item entirely.

This is the only place I get my bra and panties from, they fit every time I order I've never had an issue, I love the designs the fabric everything they last so long I still have some of my original bras and I've been shopping here I want to say 3 years going on four? Love it
My last order with Adore me, I received a bra that I did not order (and was way too small for me) instead of a pair of pants that I ordered. When I emailed adore me they told me to send the bra back and that I wouldn't get the credit until I did that. I don't have a lot of extra time and money to send something that I didn't even order back to the company. Plus, I still never received my pants or a credit for the amount of the pants that I never received.

I didn't want to order monthly but I did enjoy everything I purchased. I was a member for about 3 years, but had more than enough after one year.
Whenever I'd see an ad for Adore Me I could never find the piece, that took me to the site. The pieces are cheap and not easy to return. They fall apart easily.

I have been a vip for years. I have tried several different styles and none of them have lasted more than one or two washes. I wanted to keep trying but it's a waste at this point.
The items I have purchased from AM are all such high quality & they are all beautiful & fit well. I read the reviews on the items & they were very clear on the material & fit & helped me to order the correct sizes. I've consequently ordered more of the same items in different colors!
I really liked the variety and price points. Not enough room for feedback. I was never going to buy low waist underwear and there was no way for me to give that feedback.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
