Don't buy anything on sale by the time you get it you can't exchange it all sold out. They don't acclimate anything. I got people to sign up was supposed to get 2 credits only got 1. Had to fight for initial discount they promise you.

Feeling sexy all day long. I like to have my bra and panties to match but a lot of the time you can't find this in the fuller figure sizes. Also my first front closure bra. Absolutely love it. Very pleased with the comfort too. Can't wait for my next set.

I loved my first set was great quality and the material was nice and soft. Is nice to have some bra options that aren't all hard lined and padded cups that make you bustier than you already are. My husband, who signed me up for this site also loved it he thought it was very sexy and soft also. He also loved the panties. Him I are now looking at some options on your site for next month's purchase. We are going to do it together to add a little spice to the experience and we will both be waiting for the box to arrive and we will both be there when I try them on. I can't wait until then!

Perfect fit loved the style but would love to see more lace
I was really surprised how soft and comfortable Adore Me sleepwear and bra set is. It took me a while to build the courage to move away from my normal brand of lingerie choice. I do believe the Adore Me line is a new tradition for me.
The website is very easy to use and delivery was quick.

They signed me up for a monthly payment plan without my knowing it and I found out months later that I had lost hundred, maybe even over $1,000 in small monthly payments that I didn't even know I was signed up for. No thank.

It appears there has been a misunderstanding - the subscription to the VIP membership is not automatic. The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go-our one-time purchase option) customers select during checkout with their first order.
F you do not shop or skip between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card provided. This turns into store credit that you can shop with anytime within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but you’re welcome to make use of our no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy: http://askadoreme.com.
In regards to store credit beyond 30 days, customers are given the option to send an email to our claims department at [email protected] and request a refund, explaining the case and why they were not able to place their request within our 30 day limit. We will send a response within a maximum of 10 business days.

Finally found a site that has my size and actually fits. They offer free exchange, but I have never needed to.
All I get is a run around from these people. To be charged 40 dollars a month is bull$#*!. And when you try and cancel, your on hold for 15-30 minutes plus. It's absolutely rediculous to be waiting to talk to a "customer service" representative. When I finally got ahold of someone to cancel my account, her name was Alex, and when I told her to stop giving me the run around and was highly dissatisfied with the service she rudely hung up on me. Never ever shopping here again.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
