I was very satisfied with the quality of the item I ordered. HOWEVER, AdoreMe charged my card multiple times after I had received my purchase. I called them multiple over a period of days during different times of the day to discuss why I was continuing to be charged. I was NEVER able to reach anyone. I tried to delete my account with them online but apparently you can't do that on the website. It was SO frustrating! I felt so cheated. I ended up having to contact my bank and have them contest AdoreMe's continuous charges to my card. I got my money back because I have a good bank. But I no longer purchase AdoreMe items because tt was such a hassle and caused me to not trust that company. I'm still disappointed because I really loved their items.

Quality lingerie, amazing service, usually arrives faster than estimated. Lots of great styles, the sizing is perfect. Only downside is that my size can be sold out on some of the sets I want to purchase.
