Don't buy from here. They charged me for a VIP I never signed up for. They also tried to charge me for item they didn't have in stock then gave me "store" credit. When I reached out to them and they told me I had contacted the wrong department. In a good business they would have forwarded my email to the correct department. When I emailed the right department they didn't contact me until I disputed the transaction with my bank. I ordered in July and contacted them with my issues in August. Then Sept 1st all the sudden I'm getting texts that I'm a VIP and next thing I know I see $40 charges to my card. POS company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I love, love, love Adore Me. I even stopped shopping because they get my sizes perfect! Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I just wish my stylist would give me more of a variety.
I have ordered several bra and panty sets, panties and a few nighties. All beautiful but the quality is lacking. In my opinion it's all overpriced for what you are actually getting
I paid to make a customer set for 55.00 and paid the 4.95 fast shipping fee and they 1 did not make it by date promised then when they did arrive the pattern was all wrong and the band didn't have it custom print as I chose and was supposed to be part of the 55.00 custom feature so I was furious and will probably not shop there again

Accidentally ordered wrong one at first but it was easy to cancel. Found one I liked and it arrived slightly earlier than usual which was good. My fiancé absolutely loved the bra and panties I night her. Would shop here again
I have purchased from adore me so many times I couldn't count I have always had a great time shopping so many options and great quality product with a large range of sizes on every single item even the shipping is very informative and always on time with accuracy

Unfortunately, we can't process the refund because it is a final sale item, I see as a one-time courtesy we added to your account a $30 Store credit which you can use to redeem the 3 for $30 offer before the offer ends.
To Redeem Offer:
- Add 3 qualifying items or more to your bag
- Offer automatically applied at checkout
- Putting just 1 panty in the shopping bag won't trigger the offer since we can't know a customer's preferences and can't assume that they want to order more of the same panty style so as to redeem a certain offer.

Very quick to take your money. Not so quick to fix mistakes made by them. I had a large order, the warehouse drone missed the panty in one set. I contacted customer service and they could only send out a complete set and I had to return the bra with no panty. Fine I print the label (my expense) get a mailer (my expense) and then make a trip to the post office (my time). A few months later I get an e-mail saying my issue is "resolved" and I'm being charged because they did not receive the set back. Well yea I didn't get it all so I set back what they sent me. Then I try to call but only get a crappy call center where the people answering phones are rude and can not even pronounce their fake names. It's not even that much money but I'm going to dispute with my credit card company. What a waste of time and energy. Lost a customer and got a bad review for nonsense. Good job.

My most recent purchase was an incorrect order. Instead of receiving what I ordered I received something completely wrong. Incorrect orders happen, but it what a company does to correct the issue is what makes a company stand out. Upon calling customer service it was quickly identified that I was indeed sent the wrong order. I was provided a return shipping label and given a voucher for a replacement order. It was the best remedy for the situation. Additionally I was provided a $10 off code from my next order as an apology. Which is a great way to show customer appreciation and builds loyalty. We've enjoyed every item we've purchased from Adore Me and with this level of customer support I will continue to shop here.
Bras are more for lingerie instead of support, if worn for more than an hr or two it starts becoming very uncomfortable
When purchasing my bathing suit for the summer, I thought there would be no problems and it was like a regular one time purchase. The suit was on sale and I thought I got lucky. I did not know that during the purchase they unknowingly signed me up for a membership where I would have to pay 40 dollars in order to keep the store credit I had received from my purchase. To make it make sense I had earned 40 dollars in store credit from the bathing suit I had bought and to keep that store credit and get that money off my next purchase I either had to use the credit or pay them 40 dollars to keep it. They would send me emails to use it but they never said I'd have to pay or gave me any kind of warning they'd take the money, they just took it. While having the membership it is refundable but I didn't know that at the time due to my sense of panic and haste to unsubscribe so they wouldn't take out anything else from my bank account. I could not get it back and now just have store credit I never planned on using but now feel like I have to since it is my money. Never buying from here again and it was definitely not worth it.

I've never had a problem buying clothes on a regular basis, but when it comes to the "unmentionables", I've always neglected to make buying panties, bras, sleepwear, lingerie, and activewear a part of my shopping experience. Given that these items are necessities, I love getting my monthly box. I buy things I need and things I would have never thought to try-on before. Every month, I freshen up my wardrobe with new pieces and I love savings my favorites from the monthly drop. My husband enjoys my "fashion shows" I put on as well.
Absolutely amazing and great quality. Everything I've bought from Adore Me has me Adoring myself and loving how I feel and how amazing the products fit. 10/10 RECOMMEND!
The fit is spot on. The bras and panties are beautiful and make me feel sexy in my imperfect body! The only thing that would make them better is being tagless.

Sale on 5 panties was a good deal. All products were delivered as expected. My wife enjoyed the variety and quality of the panties

Don't bother asking for a refund!
I paid for a $300 order and put in my payment information unfortunately it took it out of my Apple Pay with the wrong card. The moment I did that I called for a refund and wanted to pay with a different card. The representative that spoke too said that they could not refund but I could return the items and they would refund my account. I explained that I didn't want to return but simply pay with the card that I entered. After speaking with two other people I was instructed to call my bank and do a stop payment. I did that on the same day. Bank did a spot payment and I had ten days to show them that it was paid with a different card or they would charge my bank again. I emailed back to adore me and now I always being told that they could still not take a payment from a new card because purchase was paid and again was told to simple return the items. These items were now used and could not be returned. The simple solution was to take a payment using a new card! They could not do that. I asked to speak with someone higher up this was done. The result was that I got the items for free. I explain that this is not what I wanted but to simple pay for the items. I thank them for the kind gesture and assumed this was now over. When I went to show the bank the back up that I had they still went ahead and changed my card to my account. Since this is now a waived fee Adore Me would now have to refund my account. I sent all that information from the bank to adore me showing that they reapplied my charges back to my account and I have yet to hear from Adore Me. Now this account has cause me to be overdraft as I was trying to avoid that from happening. Again my fault for not double checking payment card but I was still trying to pay with a different card in the same day. So now I am out the $300 and overdraft fees with no one calling or emailing me back… so if you expecting a refund save your breath they dont work with you at all and the only refund they will give you is if you return your used items! Makes no sense to me! In going issue since June 25,2024

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
