I was previously on the month to month subscription where the amount charged becomes a credit toward whatever you choose. The problem, i had trouble deciding what to choose to purchase. I liked a handful of bra and underwear sets but then i would toggle over to the sleepwear and think to myself "i have enough bras and more than enough underwear, maybe i should get this nice 2-piece pj" and then vise versa. The Elite box makes it easier because it curated on my likes. The only thing i would recommend for this program is maybe having an option of selecting more basic options. As of today i have tons of cute colorful sets and my basics need an upgrade but i have as of yet to see a more basic everyday set included on my box
So I go along and put all my info size, likes, dislikes and the things so that way when my subscription box comes it's "curated" for me.
Then why do you constantly send the incorrect size. This subscription is becoming a waste of my time. If I'm a size 0-4 (depending on the article of clothing). Why would I get Mediums? I put my size as small or xs.

Greatest, I really like to shopping with your online store.
I was very pleased with my box that I received ahead, cheeky cotton panties that were very pretty with lace at the top and a nice assortment even had a bikini which I adore and never would've thought of getting for myself and it looked terrific on me. The sizes were amazing And fit perfectly and sleepwear nightgowns. I highly recommend it just for the assortment of the products and the quality
Paid for clothes and have not received any clothes yet...this is very frustrating.

I go in the minute it says the showroom has dropped and still my sizes are sold out. I don't know if it's because you don't stock enough or people live with their phone in their hands to catch it immediately. It's just frustrating.
Adore me is convenient, shipping is fast, it's flexible with the return time. The products are great quality and inexpensive which is very helpful.
The styles and fit aren't what they use to be. I'm disappointed in the last few months options.
Wrong sizes, like x-large and I am a small-med. Padded bra's. I only do unpadded.

Everytime I have ordered from Adore Me, the products have been of amazing quality and arrive within the time frame given! They keep you updated throughout the process and everything! They are always running sales or promos as well even though they are already amazing prices for what they offer!
I love the fit. The cups are nice and perky. However I wish there are more solid colors to pick from. Like more skin tone so it'll with any blouse. The Flower print colors tends to show through my blouses.
My wife and I have been loving Adore Me boxes every month and for the first several months, we loved every selection. However, it became clear that my wife wasn't going to use many of the underwire products and so we adjusted our preferences accordingly on the app. We continue to receive these items in our boxes despite increasingly strong wording in the styling preferences. So it seems that perhaps it's less of a personal stylist and more of an algorithm that we are paying for. We're getting increasingly frustrated.

I was greatly disappointed when one of my orders arrived late.
I seem to always get the same things even when I say I don't like it. I see all these new sets coming up on the site but I never get those really pretty sexy sets. The delivery is always late. Why am I paying a stylist if they keep sending me things I don't want… if I send it back why am I getting it again?

I wanted to love these bras. Of the three, two have lost their underwire through the side. The exchange process was also complicated and cumbersome.

Adoreme has a great collection and variety of clothes. Love their Bras and panties. Some have delicate stitching and choice fabric patterns. Their slips are unique with lace and special fabric.
Most of the apparel I've purchased at Adore Me has been beautiful, comfortable and fits well. The prices are amazing and the value is there. It also pays to be a VIP member, which gives you incentives to purchase and sneak peaks on upcoming deals. What I love about the company is that no matter what your size or shape, they have something for everyone and a lot of the pieces are made with recycled material like nylon. They are a conscious company. Good for your self esteem, good for your wallet, good for the planet.
Love this set but they changed Ox to XL and it just sits low under the belly in front other then that a it's beautiful
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
