I was tired of my boring bras and panties, so when I saw the email from Adore Me, I decided to try them. I'm not too keen on buying clothes through the mail, so I was skeptical. It was fairly painless and when I did need to return something due to the fit, it was pretty fast. I'm actually surprised at how many nice, sexy bras I have now!
Shopping experience was great. Pajamas I got on sale are really cute but I believe not true to size. I am about 5 ft and small frame. I ordered a size medium but these pajamas are more of a small. In bed the back is so short it comes up to the middle of my back which is aggravating because I have to keep putting it back down. I will probably be giving these away to a child. Glad they were a good price!

While the sizing isn't very consistent, I think the quality exceeds that of Victoria Secret. The sets are beautiful, and I'll probably keep coming back for more.
It would be great if adore me could go tag less. Otherwise no complaints.
I ordered three different sets of intimate items. Upon opening one of them up it contained what looks like some type of animal shedding hair and lots of it. Also the middle part had a white stain so obviously it had been used and maybe returned. But my other two sets were perfectly fine.

Recently bought the Prisma Contour bra. I love it because it enhances a smaller/average bustline. Just bought a second one in the only other choice of color. Please offer more colors/selections.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
