Didnt think that I would find a nice set in my size. Ordered and it came very quickly, fit like a dream and my husband loved it too!

The set was better looking than the picture. It was true to size, very sexy and the color was amazing! My husband loves it. I will definitely be purchasing more items!

I got this for my girlfriend. It is hard for her to find that perfect size bra. I don't know... I thought this looked cute so I got it for her. She opened it up and was nervous putting in on for me. I guess she was apprehensive about how it would fit but man when she tried it on and felt how well it fit, she was all smiles from ear to ear. You would have thought I got her a purse or shoes. She really loves the way she looks and the way it fits. I'll be back!

I ordered from the Adoreme.com site three set of bra/panty. When I received the merchandise it was too small. The site states true to size and that is what I ordered my bra and panty size that I would usually wear in the garments if I had purchased from a department store. I called and requested a return which was granted and approved. The items were sent back, unworn and in the original packaging and shipping box within a week of receiving them. They received my returned items a week later. I waited another week and called to inquire about my refund to my bank card. At this time the CSR advised me it had yet to be processed and to call back in two weeks. I again called today to speak to a CSR about my $149.85 refund. I was informed that although the company determined the items had not been worn, they deemed them "dirty". How can they be dirty if I could barely try them on and placed them immediately back in the packaging? I was also inform I would receive neither a refund or a credit. Really? For returning unworn perfectly returned merchandise? A company that has it's items returned and refuses to refund $149.85. I don't even want a credit from this company. I will never buy anything from them nor any other company associated with Adoreme.com. Your merchandise is not true size, poorly made, and your customer service policies are fraudulent. I have pruchased many items from other online merchants and shopping networks and never encountered policies as yours. I have contacted my bank and the BBB and filed a complaint against Adoreme.com and I will be receiving my $149.85 back to my bank account one way or another!

I would be remiss if I didn't say I truly "Adore" the lingerie, however be warned. A half hour after I placed my Valentine's order, I realized I made a crucial however easily remedied mistake in ordering a size too small on the panties. I would have saved so much on my 1st order, but after all is said and done, I am very disappointed in the service.
I was told because I ordered a little over half an hour before, they could not change the size, BUT I would be able to exchange them after I received my order.
This was not true. I was told they could not be returned (unopened!) and they offered me $10 credit. After I saved $60 ordering 6 panties and a nighty. At least the nighty fit, but even after the $10 credit, I paid twice as much as I would have paid for it than if I just got the nighty.
Atrocious customer service. Didn't get back to my emails and I had to call. Then when told the manager would call me back, they just sent an email saying "here's $10 credit."
All they had to do was put "medium" in the order notes for me.
I guess it's back Vic's Secret. Adore Me could have turned this first time customer's faux pas into a grateful lifetime customer, but they dropped the ball.
