AdoreMe is a great company. The prices are always great, the designs are super cute and customer service has always gone above and beyond. There have been occasional hiccups in the 10 years I've been a member, but customer service always comes through with reasonable solutions. I have zero complaints.

The past 4 orders I've had the package "gets lost" by UPS and takes weeks to arrive. Considering I have no problems with UPS shipping anything else I have to assume this is not a coincidence and they're just not being shipped once the shipping label is created.
The products once they arrive are good quality but don't purchase anything you need in a timely manner because I guarantee you won't receive them.

We have been VIP for a while now. In the beginning, there was a large variety of choices in lingerie and sleepwear, but we haven't seen anything original or unique in months… plus, the prices continue to increase and the shipping has become a joke. I can't remember the last time something came in when expected. The quality is good, and as long as you are not in a hurry, and/or like variety, it's a good experience. Just not worth the price to me any more.

The flower corset is really pretty on! Fits me perfectly and at first I got a large but it didn't fit so I got an extra large!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
