The shopping is stress free, the products are of amazing quality and beautiful, and the prices are perfect. I feel and look beautiful and my hubby is enjoying the perks, as well.

When I first purchased, I had trouble with shipping. However I was able to get it quickly resolved and received store credit to buy again. This time it arrived and has been great since. Beautiful and sexy. Would and will buy again from Adore Me someday!

I feel So confident in my purchases. My hubby loves them as well. Shopping was fun, shipping was fast and the quality of the products are great. I will Definitely buy more!
The items I ordered fit just like I had hoped. I love the soft fabrics the items are made with. This is the only place I can order a swimsuit online and know I am going to love the fit!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
