I've been a Victoria's Secret consumer for over fifteen years. I normally only buy Victoria's Secret and nothing else. I tried Adore Me for the first time: Saw an ad on Instagram and found a lingerie set of a balcony bra attached to a light under-bust corset and wide-paneled cheeky panty —3 inches wide on a size small— that I wanted to buy for a friend. I paid about $60 including taxes and expedited shipping. The set before taxes and everything was $39.95. The quality of the item upon opening the package is probably average. The stitching is very basic 4 millimeter-wide zigzag stitch, and according to the tag the material is 61% polyamide, 31% polyester, and 7% elastane. The straps and the panels of material are somewhat similar in character to traditional costume material: It has a sort of shine to the fabric, as well as a 20% stretch factor (that's my general consensus). The set has very stretchy soft elastic bands stitched along the edges of both pieces, which I think is stretchier than the fabric itself. The biggest disappointment I have is with the bra pads themselves: They're flat and bent in at the center seams and the outer corner seams. So basically if your boobs don't push right up against the bra padding, it will pretty much be misshapen when you wear it. If the bra pads were done better, I would likely be way more satisfied with the lingerie set.
Oh, and by the way I'm sending it back to the warehouse. But I just got back on to the website —and I kid you not— it charges you $5.95 (this charge is per item) for returning the item (free if you do an exchange).
I used the elite subscription, and they repeatedly sent me items that were not in my size. When I liked the item that they sent and asked for it in the correct size, they charged me the $20 styling fee for me to exchange it. I eventually cancelled the subscription and the next month they sent me another box that I did not want and was overcharged for.

This set is super comfy and fits like a dream. Absolutely loved it. For reference, I am 5'9" and about 195lbs, 36DD, somewhat athletic build, and I got an XL.
Purchased an article of lingerie for my wife. Was a perfect fit and helped her feel sexy again after having a baby a few months back. Major confidence booster for her and positive shipping experience.
I ordered this lingerie for a getaway weekend trip with my Bae… he loved it! The order came sooner than the expected delivery date. I ordered a 1X because it was my first time ordering lingerie from AdoreMe and was unsure about how it would fit. The top part was a little loose on the sides where my breast were… but it fit great in the other places. I love AdoreMe and their bra and panty sets. I'll be ordering more lingerie!
Sizing and fit are consistent. I'm always a medium and the ways to adjust the individual items' fit within a size are helpful. Items always arrive quickly. I'm consistently satisfied with my purchases, the variety of lingerie and they hold up well in the wash (in a delicates bag).
So I hate shopping for bras and panties and tried out adore me and got a few things that work. I Hadn't ordered for a while and went on their site to order something and there's an old charge for a damaged item that I returned. I was super surprised. I've never done more than just simply try the items on and quickly, careful not to damage anything and put them away immediately if I don't want them. When reaching out to customer service. Which was difficult. They say they can't reverse the charge because it's not the first time I've sent back a damaged item. Really? First to my knowledge. I think it's kind of shady to charge people and there's no pictures there's no second opinion. I want to feel comfortable ordering from them again if they think I'm damaging items when I'm very careful. They've lost me as a customer

No good. I was charged for a return they said they didn't receive. I tried several times to contact them by email and phone. Nothing fits me good anyway so I just cancelled membership and ate the charge as experience learned.

Packaging is crap. A plastic bag! That's it. TV commercial shows a nice box almost good for gifting. What I got is robbed!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
