I was very happy with this order and the quality of their product.
Quick shipment. Once I received my items I found out that it was the wrong size. Easy exchange same day return as well as new items with correct size sent.
I received almost my entire order before Christmas which was fine. My wife loves her gifts. Just wish we got the entire order.
Sizing is a little smaller than I expected but otherwise great quality for the money.
It was a pleasant experience even some of items they didn't have them I will continue buying from them innthe future

Easy and painless. So glade that I found a site that has lingerie for petite women. My wife stands at 4'9" about 90 pounds so it is difficult to find something that smal. Adore Me is the place for petite women. The quality of of the lingerie you get was incredible.

Went off the size chart and nothing fit correctly. Everything is cheap feeling. To return you have to pay a restocking fee which i failed on my side to review before purchase. I dropped off to goodwill.

The membership is terrible and I could not return items bought for Christmas. No customer service also.

I have ordered a lot of items from adore me over the years. They have nice things. However, the sizing is inconsistent and if you need to return multiple items from different orders they cut you off after 3. So if you are a person who orders frequently and has issues with finding the correct fit they wont allow you to exchange or return after 3 items outstanding. So during the holidays when the p
USPS is slow and the warehouse at adore me is slow you have to wait until they receive the three sets back before you can exchange anything else. No amount of calling customer service, gets you the help you need to return the items that don't fit. The canned reply will be sorry you need to keep those until our slow warehouse is able to catch up and process your items... even if they have already been delivered to the warehouse by USPS. It's absolutely ridiculous that I can't return items that don't fit so I can get the replacement of the proper size. No other online company operates this way. I will wait and hopefully untangle this mess before my 30 Day window to return or exchange expires. I am done shopping here. It's way too much trouble to deal with them if you have issues.

I've ordered underwear twice and not one pair had an elastic waistband. Nothing. Just a material edge that DOES NOT stay up on a 1X girl. A waste of money. Not sure who designs this stuff.

I love the selections in my size (38i). The one thing I will complain about, is that the underwires poke through FAST! If the could reinforce the underwires somehow, I'd be more inclined to buy more product.

I was charged for the Sept. 2021 elite box even tho I sent everything back. In Dec 2021 they charged me $219.75 for those items I returned. I'm still waiting to receive the promised refund back. The representative said that supervisors don't answer the phone, so I wasn't able to rectify anything other than another promise to refund my money.
I am disputing the charge with my bank.

At the last minute, I decided to purchase a set from Adore Me for Christmas and was super happy with the experience. The set was super cute and I received it within a few days during the holiday rush! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
