Disappointment from day one. My experience began in November of 2021 with the order of two sets. After being charged and receiving confirmation of my order I was told one of the sets was out of stock, reorder something else. So, I did and received it and waited for the other set. With this current shipping climate and Covid delays I was told to be patient. When it finally did arrive it was only half of what I ordered. The other half was an XS pajama top that I did not order. Not the bra I was expecting. Enter the annoying returns process. Once that was finally sorted and the incorrect item was back in the mail courtesy of the company's prepaid envelope, (this is important), the wait began. I finally got confirmation from USPS that the package was received by the company on January 5th. I waited until the 17th when I reached out regarding when I could expect my product. Keep in mind I have already paid for this. I was told they do not ship out exchanges, you use the voucher code you are given and reorder something else. After explaining I was never given a voucher code or told this was the process, I was given a code. And of course, what I ordered originally was out of stock. Fine, I ordered something else. Again. Less than 24 hours later I see a charge on my account for $30, citing that my return arrived outside the 30-day window. But just this one time, as a courtesy they will refund the fee. Seriously?! For starters, I have already paid for the item, and now you are charging me an additional $30 because the return shipping that you selected when you prepaid for the envelope took too long? Once I drop it in the post it's out of my hands and my receipt is proof that it was on its way well within the return window. But shipping delays are only acceptable when it's them shipping to you. I have cancelled my subscription but now we'll see if I receive the replacement product I ordered or if I'm going to have to petition God to get a refund. This is a ridiculous amount of hassle for something that is supposed to be a fun experience. I should have listened to the bad reviews and not wasted my time.
I really liked the website and their products but the dont have bigger sizes like they advertised.

I bought a bra and panty set which is delightful because it looks sexy and the fabric is also great but the bone in the bra is what bothers me alot. Now I just put it on at bed time because It's gonna be too much to wear it for more than 2 hours. I bought couple bra and panty sets from them and they are very comfortably and sexy. Just choose comfortable bra and you will be ok.

Adore Me has good quality and interesting styles but something changed recently. When I send returns using their labels, many seem to get lost and I get charged. So I am paying for something we don't have. They even sent the completely wrong item. Customer service never reconciles the returns. So I really am ready to give up on Adore Me

I love this program and products. Exchange has been easy and appreciate not having to wait for them to receive the product back to order a replacement set.
I have been an Adore Me member for seven years, and only once did I have an issue with an order, and it was quickly resolved. The products are fun, always changing each month, and if I choose not to order, there is no penalty. Great deal, great website.
I originally ordered a bra but it didn't flatter me, I was able to easily return it and get a new piece that suited me better. Love AdoreMe!
I have made 7 orders in the last month and only 2 have actually shipped, the rest have been cancelled. That is unacceptable. I am currently waiting for two orders and based on past experience I am guessing those won't ship either and they will be cancelled as well.

I really like the product and I appreciate that AdoreMe has plus sizes that are true to size. However, when I placed my first order, one of my items wasn't available and I had to choose another. That on it's own would have been fine, but then the second order had shipping delays and three days after ordering, the product had just left the warehouse.
I really signed up because I have a hard time getting a bra that fits right and is comfortable. In the process, I have received some really great things, and I have only received 2 boxes.
Never received what I ordered. I always received somebody else's order.

Easy ordering, love the app, timely shipments, great product design, super comfortable, got true to size. Love it all.
I ordered for the second time from Adore me for this Christmas and last Christmas and both times I made my wife's Christmas. She was so excited to see her order of 2 extremely soft pajamas and a set of sleep wear she wears almost every night because she's in love with them. The sizing chart was spot on and it's hard sometimes to figure out women sizes and Adore me made it a breeze. Thank you

The bra was not very strong and seamed cheaply made. Also I found the cup wasn't as big as it said it was. Very dissapointed.

Great products at a good price. Wish I could space the orders out every other month.
I loved being able to preview and shop online. My purchases all for beautifully and are incredibly comfortable.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
