I have been a VIP member for over three years and LOVE their products. I don't wear any other items but theirs. The fit is true to size. And the selection is great. Great colors and styles.
I've had a horrible experience attempting to get credit for returned items. I've been told twice an upper level person would call me back and no one did either time.
I am very satisfied with the service they provide.
I have ordered 2 times through this company. The first I paid for expedited shipping and the second I used the free standard shipping. Both times the packages arrived around 5 days after the latest date it said it would be received. Both times missing the event I needed it for.

Ordering process was easy. Received purchase in a timely manner.
Sometimes it's great but when trying to find panties you are always out of my size for full coverage styles. Probably for last year.

I signed up as a VIP and love it! The quality of the lingerie and sleepwear is better than VS in my opinion. The lingerie/bras and panties fit to size - I've had issues with other companies in the past. The monthly option for the free gift as a VIP is also great! I highly recommend Adore Me! You won't be disappointed!
I order the same size every time I order but what I usually get is either big or small on me. The sizes fluctuate from style to style. I return a set and receive a voucher for another set. If you use a voucher and the new set doesn't fit, you cannot return or exchange it. I'm now stuck with 2 sets I will never be able to use. The sets that do fit are usually very nice, but there are few to chose from in my size so when they're available I usually buy many sets at a time. The vouchers also expire.

I was skeptical, but Adore Me has satisfied my every purchase. The quality is great and the sizing has been perfect. I've found it really fun to order from here. The styles vary and fit every mood you may be in! Highly recommend.
It was perfect! The packaging, the quality, and i received very quickly!
I love ordering from Adore Me. Their panties are true to size and the "big girl" sizes are comfortable.
Adoreme provides a variety of multiple colors and types to dominate the market with all their beautiful designs. I personally recommend to all gentlemen on buying to their queens.
Don't order from this site. I spent about $100 dollars and paid for priority shipping because I needed stuff for my trip. They're now telling me I will need to wait another week for delivery because of delays and cannot cancel because it already shipped. Such a scam. I order stuff with priority shipping all the time never have I had an order be delayed an entire week! Save your money

I love the styles and ease of shopping but the company offers free returns, when I'm reality there is a $5.95 restocking fee.
Cheaply made everything resulting in uncomfortable styles and unwearable products. Wish I could actually cancel my membership altogether and stop wasting my time and money.

Easy fit guide to follow when completing my order; comfortable to wear all day!
I placed my order on 12/27 with a delivery date no later than 1/4. My package arrived to my town on 12/30 and has just sat there ever since. My delivery date came and went so I emailed them and they said to wait until 1/14 and they will look into it. It is now the PM on the 18th and still nothing. I emailed them and no response. I just want what I ordered. I needed it no later than the 4th which is the reason I ordered it from them. I really wanted this to be a good experience so they could now be my go to for lingerie but this has been the worst online experience I have had so far. Never again!

They are super sexy and amazing. The variety in styles is second to none. The only complaint is they stop at DD cup sizes which is still too small, but overall this is a company I am loyal to.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
