I thought I was ordering a 3-pack but when my order arrived it was a single item. After I contacted customer support. I hung up as a satisfied customer.
The original size I ordered, while correct per the sizing chart was too small. Had to go up 2 sizes for the correct fit. Exchange went seamlessly.
I love my items, but plan for slow receiving of these items and even slower on exchanges.
Shipping was fast! Not a true fit the bralette I ordered it's was too big in the cup but fit okay around my back and torso just kinda loose! Went to Victoria's Secret to get measured I'm a 38 DD with breasts filling out the cups a bone in corset type bra. So it wasn't a total bust panties were perfect!
What a great company with awesome products and customer support! Comfy, sexy products, and easy to use service.
I just think this sites customer support isnt as easy to get compared to other online stores

In love with all your lengerie line and im very pleased with each item purchased
In the pictures the products look great and i was really pleased about being able to get different sizes for the top and bottom of the bikini. The whole system where you have to sign up to order something every month to get a discount was quite confusing but i went forward with it hoping that the product would be good and i would want to order something again. However once they arrived i found the material to be cheap quality and the fit was awkward, especially the bikini tops. I will not be ordering again. I basically wasted $70.

I loved every bit of this subscription. The quality, the look, all of it. The only reason I ended it was to save money for my wedding. But I will be coming back
I ordered a box from adore me back in October of 2021. I kept two sets and sent back 2 within my 7 day trial period. Now today 3 months later I got a charge on my debit card and an email that said they never received my return. First of all of you hadn't received it why am I just now getting charged. Second I sent it back through the post office and they had to receive it. This company is a joke and now I'm fighting to get my money back!

Asked a question about a charge that was being applied. They responded and explained the situation. Also informed that the fee was not being applied.
My wife loves the products, however there have been numerous times when an item is not available or not available in her size. A perfect solution would be a "notify when available" button.
My order was short a bra and underwear set. I called and was on hold for a good long while and then was issued a merchandise credit instead of a refund. A few months later my account was recharged nearly $50 because they said I did not return the bra and underwear set. I'll never got it! Now I have to go back to bat in order to get the charge removed. And they better not try and give me a credit for the second charge.

I returned some items and was told an item was damaged and I was charged an additional $20.00. This was outrageous as I returned the items in the same condition as I got them. I have canceled my membership.

Purchasing and returning items are so easy with Adore Me. Easy peasy! And the items are so cute and affordable!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
