I had been part of the VIP elite membership, I had got a monthly box, I would send back returns every month and I had notice the select were getting progressively worse and the straw that broke the camel back is when I got charged now for a returned over 4 months ago for the full price for items, I didn't have, I talked to customer service they said they received the box with the items and still going to charge me the full price for items I didn't have, that scam, and I'm done, nobody should be charged $161 and for no reason or no products, just find another site, they will find some way to screw you over too and hope you don't notice
Although the prices were too good to be true, once I opened my first ever package, was disappointed with the quality. The fabric was more like "tissue paper". The items looked great in the pics/ website but not in reality. I am returning the ordered items

I've shopped at Adore Me for years and I love their products. But lately their service has gone completely downhill. I've been trying to get one set for over a month. I've ordered it about 10 times and it has never been shipped and its continuously cancelled. Each time I speak to a rep, they assure me that it will get sent out but I have yet to receive anything, and that is with purchasing expedited shipping. Nothing seems to be happening. I've over it and very close to cancelling my subscription at this point.

As an online only company, I would think they would have had the same sale starting Black Friday through cyber Monday. Because of that assumption, I placed an order on Black Friday thinking I was getting a decent deal. However, they discounted the same items further on cyber Monday. When I contacted them asking for the difference to be applied towards my order, they were extremely rude and condescending. It took me at least three emails just to even get them to understand the issue because their customer service reps don't carefully read and respond to messages. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a company and I will never purchase from them again. I switched to ThirdLove and their bras are superior in quality, comfort, and design. Their customer service has also been amazing.

I've been a customer for the past five years and enrolled in the VIP program. Back in October I signed up for the Elite Box. I have yet to receive any Elite Box due to stylist issues. With constant emails and calls to the customer service department, the answers were all the same, " telling me what they can't do, instead of what they can do". Now when recently pleaing for help to the customer service department, I conveniently have a payment issue. Seems weird when there is more than plenty and then some on my credit card... I really wished they would have helped.

5 star. I like everything I got. The color are great. The size way good. I will order again.
I've had really great experience but the app doesn't always show when my stuff has been shipped it just sits at transit. Other than that everything I've ordered has been great especially the store credit I love it.
Yes it is fun to receive the box and I have definitely expanded my lingerie drawer which has also been nice but be prepared to spend way more than what is said.
There is a $20 monthly styling fee which will be applied to a purchase but guess what? If you try something on and decide to return it, they will say that it is now dirty/damaged and even though you haven't worn it they will charge you a $19.95 fee for trying it on. Is the premise of the subscription not to be able to try things on? They say that because you tried it on it now doesn't meet their sanitary requirements. I mean seriously. I can't try on a night shirt without it becoming unsanitary? They are just padding their pocket to adjust for the return.
You have 7 days to make your choices online. You will get a reminder text that tomorrow is the deadline and then sometime during the next day…. Before the day is even up, they charge you for the entire box before you even submit your choices. This has happened to me several times. When you return your box, it takes several weeks and sometimes longer to get any credit back to your card. They have also made mistakes with charging my account for someone else's purchase. Their stylist has sometimes sent me the same item multiple times even after I either kept it or returned it.
So my recommendation unless you have money to throw away is to head to your nearest department store and do your trying on there.

Adore me was great when I purchased items different then what I normally get that I didn't end up liking. They payed for the return shipping and gave me codes to pay for the purchase of a new set for each set I sent back.
The wrong item was sent. When I called, the representative was very responsive and set up a return and made the credit immediately available.
So far so good. Everything fits, I get emails when package is delayed, so far the product has held up.
I returned the items that were TOO tight immediately within 1-2 days, and was billed close to full price for the returned items because they were DIRTY! It's a scam, since they billed me even the returned items, I THINK they should sent them back… not satisfied

It is better to shop directly than being a part of their subscription. Prices are lower. You get what you want and probably even get it on time.
I paid a subscription and none of the products I received were among those I previously selected. None of the products included holiday discounts and the delivery wad heavily delayed.
Why pay a subscription if your loyalty is going to be punished?

I used the size chart, and ordered the size recommended, but I could not get the bra over my head! So disappointed!

Overall - good experience. This month's box was kind of flat - just didn't really like the majority of it. I've taken the style quiz multiple times and was a little disappointed in what I got.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
