I was so surprised by the quality of the products. Also the measurements were great, everywhere I've ordered from everything runs smaller and I don't feel comfortable or confident in them but these sizes are spot on!

I have fit in items ranging front 36 D to 40D, ans many times fit and don't fit in different bras and lingere of the same size.
Also please put Velcro or snap openings in all teddies/ body suits.

Even waiting till after the holidays to order shipping took a very long time and it was before it got to the post office. I'll be curious if this is a common occurrence. It was my first purchase and I would have tried the next size up.

I did not love all of the products. I did return what I didn't enjoy
I always love my orders from Adore me! It's always exactly as shown, the quality is great, and they always fit my body.
The products are good. Easy to use and put on. Delivery can be slow
Placed a large order, got an email the next day that it was cancelled. I called to ask why it was cancelled (it had some gifts in it) and the woman (named Alex) said that she was surprised the system let me order that much because it can only process 10 items at a time. She said I would need to go in and reorder each item in two different purchases. I asked if I could at least get expedited shipping for the Christmas gifts and she rudely refused.
I called again and spoke with a guy, I explained the situation and said I'd like to cancel my membership because that experience sucked, he said he would have a supervisor call me. I never got a return call.
I ended up ordering gifts from another business and spent the money I had, making sure I didn't have more than 10 items in an order. I canceled my membership after that.
I love lingerie options from Adore Me. They have clothing to fit all moods and I appreciate the sustainable options. I do wish that their pajamas let you select sizes for top and bottom.
Size is tend to run true and the lace is truly beautiful and soft

I order from Adore Me often. I had one issue with delivery where USPS and Adore Me stated my order was delivered but it was not. Adore Me gave me credit and I was able to make the order again. This time it was delivered. Great customer service! Much appreciated
Adore me has wonderful fit and softness. I'm send up under bra where the underside is and these are great! My bras hug me instead of flare out around the top

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
