They never have the size you need and aren't very helpful. I ordered a bra from them 4 times and twice it was canceled and twice it was sent back. Their bras aren't even that good. For the price you pay it just isn't worth it
It's like when you send me notifications on items I go into order and out of stock! I guess that great on your part but it's disappointing to me to even waste my time! I ordered 4 or 5 pars of panties and one of them looked like it was a 6 X it's a pain to send stuff back. Ohwell I'll find another place!

AdoreMe sneakily took $20 from my card, two months after I returned the items I decided not to keep. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, they claimed it was because "I returned an item damaged." I didn't even try the rest of the items on as they were too expensive for me to keep. As soon as I "confirmed with them I returned the items in good condition," my $20 was refunded (in 3-5 business days). I was lucky to have noticed the charge and wonder how many others didn't. How many times does this company get away with this?

It was my first time ordering from them and I thought they would be good because of the reviews and because my sister has ordered from them before. I'm not sure what had happened but I got an email from them saying my item got returned I'm not sure why it got returned because it wasn't out of stock when I purchased it. I messaged them why it got returned cuz I didn't return it, then got an email saying they "handed it off to the carrier" and recently they've been having delays due to high demands so I might receive my item later than the expected time. So with that I just thought maybe it was on the way so I shouldn't worry too much. I ordered on May 2nd it's already the 24th I don't think it takes 22 days for a swimsuit to come -.- I got fed up so I emailed them again and they said their shipping partner was unable to deliver my order to my address. My sister has the same address and she got her stuff! How does that even make sense?! There were no mistakes on the address. I had high hopes for this company since the reviews were good but having to experience this was SUPER disappointing.

I've ordered a lot from afore me. Bra sets and smiwear. We've never had any of there products poorly made or untrue to size. The colors in there photos are spot on. Always punctual with delivery. There prices are very fair... especially for the quality in product. We've been very happy with Adore Me and will continue to do business with them. A+ company!

I ordered my second Roanne and Analize Push Up on May 1,2021. I am absolutely in love with the fit, feel, and style of Roanne. I was hoping to get a different color, but I wasn't upset to get another purple one, as the shade of purple works well with my skin tone. The boy shorts are also a great cut for underwear. The only thing I may have changed about the Analize is having more than 2 options of panty. I'm not a huge fan of bikini or thong. It obviously didn't deter me from buying the set but it would be nice to have other options. I also would love the ability to buy extra panties with every set. The quality of every set that has been delivered so far is wonderful, and I plan on being a subscribed member for a long time.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
