I got the one piece lemon suit so cute fits great not too revealing but still a bit sexy. I wish there was a bit more support around or under the chest part since the back is low cut I think thats what makes it a bit less structured.

I have had nothing but very bad and negative experience with this company. While the product is a great, their service is horrible. Please don't get me wrong, issuing your customers a credit of $10-20 for the inconvenience is a great idea ONLY WHEN YOUR ACTUAL ISSUE WAS RESOLVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I have placed 2 orders within less than 24 hours from each other. Literally, one less than 4 hours away from another. And interestingly enough, the first order arrived and it was somebody else's order altogether. I had to call and get this resolved because I needed my order for a special occasion and I ended up not getting it on time since they had to reprocess it altogether. Now, the second order has not even processed and it's been a month now! I have emailed their customer service and called them on 2 different days and no one know when it'll ship and they keep using the excuse of covid. Covid huh? So how come Covid didn't prevent you from sending my first order (although incorrect!) in a couple of days, yet my second order is affected by Covid? It's that selective? Complete lies and they refused to cancel the order too. They charged my card a month ago and I am accruing interest on it, yet I do not have my stuff and they don't know when it'll ship. Love it? Keep paying interest on the purchase you don't have. How is that a fair customer treatment?

The quality is so good. L and the color is so pretty. I felt super sexy in it. I got the small even though I typically get a medium (5'6,125 lbs) and it had enough stretch that it fit super well.

Half of my BOGO order ended up being out of stock. It was eventually resolved satisfactorily, but I had to send several emails. Adore Me should have offered a solution as soon as they realized there was a problem with the order.

I got two bathing suits, a bikini and a one piece... I'm not usually a one piece kinda gal (yet) but I was amazed at how flattering it was! The bikini fit well too. And both seem very well made and out of good materials that will last.

When I tried on my panties they instantly broke. Won't be ordering again. I rated my purchase 1. I had to hand sew them to get at least one wear out of my purchase.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
