This swimsuit has just enough give that I feel like I can get into it easily, but also I feel secure wearing it and it smooths out my curves. Plus the fasteners on the back are easy to use. I've had swimsuits where the hook makes it impossible to take off, but the two on the top of this swimsuit are just easy enough to get off myself without me worrying it will come undone while I'm swimming. It's a really cute swimsuit and the material is really nice.

Don't order a big order or you'll never get your product. I spent $367.83 on their outfits and I still haven't received my lingerie. It's been 4 weeks. Last week I placed another order for ONE item and I got it 4 days later. I called customer service and they gave me the same BS they give everybody... "We are making sure your items are properly packaged to give you the best experience with us" Really?
Moral of the story... if you want to buy alot of outfits, do it in separate orders. Not in one order or you'll never get it.

I have been trying to reach customer service for a week, with no answer. I have emailed twice, with no reply. I need to exchange an item for a different size, but no one seems to work at this company.

Adore Me sounds like a fun subscription for some cute lingerie -- well, it's not.
Picking and purchasing my first items was a fun experience for my girlfriend and me. We quickly received the items in the mail.
We chose to return all of the items. They turned out not to fit my girlfriend well and didn't look great. More importantly, they were poor poor quality for $40 a piece.
So we return it within the window and everything seems fine -- well, it's not.
I get an email three months! Later saying that I am charged $40 for damaged clothing. WHAT! My girlfriend just tried it on once and then we returned it. There's no way it was damaged in the mail since it's just clothes. And there's no way we damaged it at all by trying it on!
Turns out, many others have had this problem as well. I should have done my research before purchasing...

Be careful with this company, upon cancelling my membership after they kept sending me the same items over and over and in incorrect sizes, they waited 2 months and randomly charged my credit card. When I called the company, they said they would return my money in a couple days. They still haven't. Seems if you cancel, they wait awhile and then shadily steal. Looking at reviews online, it seems a lot of people had random charges from them after cancelling. I wish I would have known that before I ever signed up. Just really dishonest.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
