I will admit I am very annoyed that Adore Me has a policy/procedure? That you cannot buy a bra unless you select a matching panty, because every bra I wanted to try did not have a panty to match in my size! So I couldn't buy but one bra only because the panties didn't sell out yet. So that is a huuuge deterrent from buying from this website. Also the very very limited availability of bras in my size was virtually unshoppable, so I do wish a larger supply of the popular colours/styles were available.
Fortunately the bra I did buy is fantastic, beautiful. Fits great and I do hope it will be available in more colours (and with enough panties to match the supply-demand balance).

I absolutely love each item that I have purchased. I am a VIP member so I definitely will be ordering again. I LOVE the fact that I can choose a top size and a bottom size. My top is quite large and I have always had issues with lingerie. I no longer have those issues with Adoreme.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
