I have placed several orders the past few months and have had 6 sets appear to be available to purchase, only to find out in a couple of days they are out of stock. Also of the 39 items i have purchased 5 have missing panties. The return policy is confusing on purpose. There is a limit of 5 returns, there wasnt a limit on how many i could buy!

Everything is so much fun, looking and trying on. I love that I can box back up and send back what I don't want. It's so convienant plus you get to try all sorts of bras and panties to see what you like best. I have noticed though that some of the lace underwear and bras can easily be toren. But I'm not sure if you can do anything about that.

I'm bought a set of bras and panties one month but continue to be charged a monthly amount. I do not know why this is happening and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the product. I enjoy the bras and panties but don't want to be charged a monthly fee.

Okay so I wear a 42 (DDD) and y'all know good comfy bras that are cute can be hard to come by. I have purchased 5 bras from Adore Me, and 3 out of the 5 are gone! I just started buying from them last year (2020), I was trying to give them a chance but I haven't had two of the bras since July and the wire already has come out of them! I'm just saying, I had a bra from Lane Bryant that lasted me 2 years! I'm just warning y'all to not waste your money! And I am not rough on my bras, I work in a. Office, I wash and flat dry my bras, and I haven't had two of them a month and the wire on the right boob was poking out the middle and stabbing me!

Everytime I place the order with this company their shipment is always delayed are back ordered and I have to wait for my shipment for 15 to 30 days or more

I love Adore me and I have enjoyed all the products I've received. I'm so glad I signed up. The products are beautiful, girlie, sexy and comfortable.
I've put in 3 orders, and received none of them. I'm sure these would be beautiful to wear, and probably comfortable, and maybe even fit properly. But good luck getting your items.

The selection didn't change often enough so there were fewer choices each month. Of the bras that were available most didn't have the correct size for my wife. The last 4 months the orders were taking up to 21 days to arrive, and two of those were after I had paid for expedited delivery, from the day I ordered it. The last 2 months 3 orders were cancelled by adore me because it turned out they didn't have that bra and I had to re order. I was also disappointed of the selection of plus size bras compared to the non plus sizes.

I originally became a VIP with Adore Me because they actually had my size (38H) and some practical bras. However, over the last year, I usually only find six bras in my size and there have been very few new bras made available.

I have ordered from this site twice now for friend's bachelorette gifts and both times my orders were severely delayed to where I had to reach out to the company asking where my order was. Literally takes MONTHS to receive what you ordered. It is a joke. However, the lingerie itself wasn't bad but not worth the terrible service.

In ordering my Adore Me items, the website is a bit difficult to navigate, and I unintendedly purchased more than one of a black bra and panty set. Additionally, the travel time to receive my products took much longer than I anticipated.
When I did try on the items, I felt very sexy and quite beautiful. The fabric, the cut, and design are all stunning, but it took much longer than I expected.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
