The under garment are beautiful and comfortable I wish you would have a bigger selection on plus size is the only thing I would say it's lacking because I would buy more if you did

With much hesitation about what to get, what will fit, and if its worth it, I signed up for Adore Me Elite boxes, and I am so glad I did. These boxes are thoughtfully selected, its a great surprise every time I receive one. Every piece excites me (and my partner), I feel like such a strong beautiful person when I wear anything from these boxes. The process to select my preferences, try on, and return is so effortless, I love it all.
The quality is very low. I bought the t-shirt bras in nude and gray/black. The hooks came off both and the underwire is poking through on one. They are not more than a couple months old. Their customer service gave me a voucher for a free bra and sold me the benefits of their VIP membership which I already had. They refused to credit me for the 3 bras I had this issue with since they were more than 30 days. I have Victoria secret bras that are 10 years old that haven't quit on me. Also, the underwear is all mesh-another cheap shortcut.

The only hiccups I have experienced were a very wrong order one time and then saying that something came back damaged which it was literally out of the box for less than a min and I didn't even try it one before putting it back in The bag. I emailed for both and everything was taken care of with a quick response.

Overall great product. The only thing I didn't like about it was when I signed up for an account to order I was unaware that I was signed up for the VIP that took money out of my account to put towards "store credit". I didnt like that at all. I was able to get it refunded but I never wanted to sign up for a subscription or anything like that. I feel like you should have more information before signing people up for the VIP. Give people a choice. Not just secretly sign them up.
I wear a 30B and 90% of the time nothing is in my size and when I do finally find one all of the extra small and small underwear are sold out.

My stylist doesn't understand sizing and when I return merchandise that obviously cannot fit me they are saying that it is not in my package. I can't keep things that can't fit me.

It was true to size and fit me perfectly I have bought so much bras from different places but none come close with this one.
It had the size I wanted and also came with the little sexiness I was looking for I will definitely recommend this to anyone
My items I ordered are great, but I have emailed 3 times in the last month about my elite box subscription and have yet to hear from anyone.

The bra sets can be good quality if it's in stock! Many times they have big sales or BOGO'S. Many of the items colors, aren't in stocks. I also have found the sale panties, especially cotton stretch out quick. I'm a size 0-2, always wash gentle, cold and the items had no elasticity in barely 3 washes

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
