Save yourself the time and money. There are a lot of cute products. However some don't last as they should. I bought a really cute pajama set and the seam on the pajama bottoms split. I reached out and all seemed to be good. I was given a code to apply to my next purchase so I could replace them. I've tried repeatedly for the past 7 months to use the code. There is always an excuse as to why I can't redeem the code. The most common is it can't be combined with other offers. There is almost always a sale (and yes that counts). If you really want to get an idea of the complaints go to the Better Business Bureau site. Definitely don't fall for their membership scam!
I bought a few outfits for my wedding. A couple of them did not fit and it was EXTREMELY easy to return and exchange my outfits.
I make sure all my items are in and when I'm at the post office I check them and also taped them before hand them the box to scan it. Still make no sense to me that on them boxes I still have an item apparently not in the box and I had got charged more of what I'm already paying for an item I really don't have it in my possession. Since I star the elite membership I had bought outside of my monthly box item because I like their product But I had more situation like this and its really disappointed when you know what you have done with the box when you get it and they say its damaged or not even in the box.

I never received my August box says it was delivered a few days b4 my September one. Was charged for all items anyway. Sometimes my boxes come late as well or not at all! But the products I am happy with when I receive them!

Their return process is horrible. I have been waiting to be refunded for several returns for 2 1/2 months now. They received the items. I have proof from the return tracking numbers. The were received within their return time limit in new condition with tags still attached. I get nothing but the run around from them. This week I got charged a $5.95 restocking fee for 1 item, but no funds returned to me for the item. Awful customer service. Awful practices. A rip off. I will never purchase from them again.

I received two panties instead of a bra and panty set. When I called to have a credit or a replacement sent I was told that I would have to return the two panties and then replace the order. Unfortunately, I had already opened and removed the tags, prior to discovering the bra was missing. So, I ended up paying for a full set... Not happy about spending $30+ for a thong and panty... I will most likely not order from them again. For an online service, returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacement procedures should be common practice. If a customer can't trust that they will receive the items ordered, than why would they order from that site to begin with? Side-note: The clothes are very comfortable, but they are not made of high quality material, so they should not be expected to last long.

The items all came in perfect condition and only took about 2-3 days I'm very much impressed especially because all the items they given to me matched my style!
I have had horrible luck with Adore Me, a couple years ago I made many purchases and never had a problem. Over the last couple of months I have made 6 purchases out of those 6,4 of them that I wore between 1-3 times the wire has popped out. I always hand wash, never wash in the washer, I have hundreds of bra's and not one from Victoria's or Nordstrom have ever had a wire come out. I do not know if the quality has decreased because this is the first time this has happened. I was told they will not replace, I did not ask for a refund just replacement and they refused. Shame on you!

I have been ordering from Adore Me for awhile now and my orders are always surprising me with their quality. I recently ordered tights and I'm truly in love.
The sizes I got all fit very nicely, which is really hard to find a set that fits both top and bottom
Adore has been able to bring out the sexuality of the average woman, you don't need to be a super model to be amazing and sexy. I'm married 35yrs and together with my wife 37yrs, I see her as beautiful and sexy as when I met her for the first time as I do today. Adore has brought to our marriage an extra match to continue the fire in in our lives. When she finds something for her and me, I know it will brighten the flames but more importantly she feels sexy and comfortable.
This is the best place to buy my bathing suits and underwear. Plus I love to see my wife walk around the house in them. I love Adore Me! They have quality products, good communication, and on time delivery!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
