You'd better have a REALLY full cup for this to fit. If I went a cup size smaller, it'd be too small, but my actual cup size is way too big. I gave it a shot and tried wearing it for a day, and it just looks AWFUL.
I am enjoying my experience so far with Adore Me, but I will be honest. I would appreciate more options suited towards my style. Whenever a new drop happens, maybe every other month there is one set maybe two that I like. I would like to purchase a new set each month.
Don't sign up for the VIP program without realizing they are taking $40 from your bank account every month whether you want them to or not. There are a few hoops to jump through to get out of the VIP program. Scam alert!
I have been ordering from Adore Me for years and have always gotten great product at good prices but my recent purchase I was disappointed the underwear was the wrong size and the product was sold out so I couldn't exchange it and I know I would never order the size that was sent because no one in my house wears that size.

I purchased several items as gifts for my girlfriend. It was easy making the selections and paying for them. They shipped ahead of time. She loved them all. We will be making future purchases.
Honestly the material feels like shein and when I put them on they feel so scratchy lol

I was so excited to open my box and see the wonderful bras, panties and sleep wear! It all fit great and is sexy and comfy!
I sent back a bra and panty set that I didn't like for a refund. I was told that I would only receive HALF of my money back because it was "dirty." Amazing because I took it out of the plastic packaging, looked at it, disliked it and immediately put it back into said packaging for return. I was never told what was "dirty" about it and I feel like maybe I should have been sent pics for proof of this "dirtiness." I'm very disappointed and I'm sure this happens to a lot of customers so that the company can keep half the profits and still sell the products. This is shameful!

Called and spoke to a customer service rep. He was very helpful ensuring I wouldn't get billed and I didn't. Just disappointed that the package never arrived for my September drop.
Ordered two sets, one set I absolutely love. Great fit and adorable. The second set in black is cute but fit is a little off and the lace or mesh on the backstrap gave me a rash. Which is very odd because I don't have sensitive skin and never had this problem.

I love the quality of the items I've been receiving. I have received the same things (in different colors, but still the same) a few times which is a little disappointing but all in all I do love getting the box!
Always helpful with orders, including solutions offered and their responses are quick! Adore Me customer service cares about customers and that they're happy doing business with the company.
Wonderful experience! The process was very easy and took only minutes. My shipment arrived exactly as ordered and much faster than expected. Very satisfied.
I canceled my membership with "adore me", because I don't wish to look at fat women in underwear.
It will program me that being fat is okay, and that's not what I want to look like.
I no longer shop with Victoria Secret because they will not force me to view male bodied people in female underwear either.

Of the 5 sets ordered, each had to be rendered separately. What a nightmare!
When ordering there are boxes already checked for you, that you can't uncheck. This signs you up for extra charges and other legal BS.
I needed, what I thought would be a quick purchase. It turned into 2-3 hours on the phone and website.
So they're making me work for being their consumer.
I will have to shop elsewhere.

This was my first time buying from Adore Me. I was happy with the quality, colors, style and comfort of each item (I bought three sets). I was also happy with the price I paid for the items. I will be buying from Adore Me again!
I was excited to try Adore Me to get some bridal lingerie for my wedding. I ordered a set from their website. When it came I realized I accidentally order two of the same set somehow. No problem - I just tried going through the return process to return one. Then for the second set, the panties were way too big for some reason, so I wanted to just exchange those for a smaller size.
That was 3 months ago, and I have not gotten an exchange or the return. They said they cannot exchange just the panties - I'd have to return the whole set and order it again. Except they were sold out of what I got so that was not an option. Oh well, I can at least get my return. I sent it back immediately (well within the 30 day deadline). And I recently got an email saying they never got the package. Even though the tracking numbers mark it as successfully delivered. I tried replying to the email, but got an automated reply saying I needed to call. I called to resolve the issue and they said it could not be resolved over the phone, but they would email me in a few days to see what they can do. Terrible return process.
I also tried placing two other orders for Adore Me. One was cancelled a few days after I placed the order because they said they are out of stock (even though it showed as in stock when I bought it). And the other order simply wouldn't go through on their website. And when I tried to re-add the items to my cart in a new session, the prices were higher.
Now my wedding is one week away and I have half a lingerie set. I will not be trying to place any more orders with Adore Me. And I will continue to try to get my refund.

I am a first timer when it comes to lingerie purchasing, and Adore Me made it easy, fun, and accessible!
I had purchased a few things from adore me a year ago, and I've been getting charged 30+ dollars a MONTH ever since! I'm constantly calling for a refund for a VIP service I never signed up for! I've called them 3 times now and asked for a refund AND for them to cancel my "VIP" membership (which I'm certain they sign you up for when your in the process of buying merchandise) they have given me a refund every time I call, but refuse to cancel my membership, and send me an email to do myself. Which I've done three times now, and even had my friend do it to make sure I wasn't doing it wrong! ADORE ME IS A SCAM. Not to mention a bra I bought had two of the same clasps on the back so I couldn't even wear it! Beyond disappointed!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
