The quality of their lingerie is pretty top notch. I'll give them that. But it's really not worth it to me for the horrible customer service experience I have every. Single. Time. I have to return something. The worst is the fact that if you try on something from the elite box and it's the wrong size or it doesn't look good on you, they charge you for it even if you send it back in perfect condition and tried it on in a sanitary fashion. This happened to me twice. What kind of company does that? A bad one. Save yourself the money and stress.
Every time which is very seldom they make a mistake or maybe it's my mistake but customer service is on top of it and everything gets resolved right away the quality of the product is 100% I will keep buying the varieties amazing I keep saying amazing because that's all that comes to me when I think about this company continue your perfectness and the way you treat customers thank you
Great experience, however the $20 fee for the stylist is stated it would be added to any purchase from the box, that never became true. It's a separate fee.
I have been a customer for several years. Never had an issue until the last year or so. For 8 straight months, every time I placed an order, it took over a month to receive, always with the same excuse that an uptick in online shopping made them slower. For the first few months, that's completely understandable. For the next 5 or 6? What are you doing? You know this is what's going on, why are you still not prepared?
Now my most recent order, I check out and 3 of the 5 sets I ordered are actually not available. Oops, some sort of computer glitch. That's frustrating In itself. Then, instead of issuing a refund, I get three separate codes for the sets they couldn't fulfill- annoying, but they are trying. When I go to check out, it turns out that I can only use one code per order. How does this make up for anything?

Each box has the cutest items that fit me perfectly. I've been with them for almost a year which is longer than any other subscription service I've ever had.
I've had this subscription for over a year, and have always been super happy with it... until April. I was charged $20 I called and the CSA told me she'd refund me, which never happened, the 2nd time I didn't even open the BOX, got charged $20 additional to the monthly charge and the CSA flat refused to explain anything or let me speak to anyone but her... I cancelled my membership but the next box was already on its way and I ended up liking 2 things but then got charged $40 and I hadn't even opened the other packages... then had ANOTHER box show up along with the $39.95 charge on my cc, which I disputed, retuned the box unopened and just got charged another $10 for missing items!

I love adore me! All of their clothing I've received so far has all been so so soft. It truly is the best lounge wear out there. You can't go wrong with whatever you may chose.
The shipping is very quick too which is nice. The anticipation doesn't last long I'd recommend this company to anyone, even if your looking as a gift for someone else.
Can't opt out of monthly fee, or very hidden. Just awful

I loved my shopping experience. Shipping is usually super fast. I try to shop as often as I can to keep things spicy
My man loved this set on me so much I only had it on for 5mins lol. Every lingerie I buy here is always a hit.
I really love the product just to high priced for my budget
I received my order nicely packaged and they fit me nicely! The parcel did not take long from the order date and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
I love the idea of them they look good but if you have a longer torso everything is just not quite long enough. The quality is great I just wish things were made ever so longer so that they fit my body the way they fit on the models.

A few months ago I purchased a good amount of bras from the Bridgewater NJ location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The issue was when I was rung up for my items. I used 2 new visa gift cards, balance on the first card was $100 and the balance on the other was $50. I paid the remaining balance with my debit card and had the receipt emailed to me. About 2-3 days later I noticed my debit card was charged twice with 2 different amounts. One amount was the balance from my purchase and the second was an addition charge by ADORE ME for $40. I called the Bridgewater store to let them know the issue. They apparently had no record of this charge in their system. Long story short a customer service rep emailed me asking for me to provide the bank statement showing the double charge and they already saw from my order # on file the form of payments. Once that was reviewed they emailed me back and asked me to call my bank to confirm that it was ADORE ME that charged my account and not someone that potential hacked my card. I did as the asked and my bank confirmed that ADORE ME charged my card... twice. It is now almost 6 months later, after being ghosted by their rep. And finally I sent nasty email requesting a call back, only because I am beyond frustrated with lack of communication and resolution and you can never speak to someone directly. I finally got a email from another rep basically stating that they cannot refund me the $40 they somehow charged to my account because they have no trace of this charge... even though I provided a bank statement and confirmed with my bank that ADORE ME charged my account twice in addition to ADORE ME having access to my order seeing the break down of my purchase. I have nothing against the staff that assisted me or the the product, but after this awful unresolved experience with customer service I feel robbed and disgusted with this company. ADORE ME stole my money and I will not shop with again after this experience.

Great bra and panty set. It's a dark hunter green it's by far my most favorite one I've bought thus far from Adore Me.
My sets were not my size so I sent order back. Like most people we take out the package but don't try on. I guess because I didn't keep as many as they want they had to say the order I sent back was dirty. Because I knew I may not keep I tried 1 on just the bra panties always fit. So they just charge my card a $20 fee. I was thinking about just ordering a single set from there but I want after this email of the $20 charge for nothing.

I was charged for a dirty/damaged item and there is no way for me to contact the company to verify their claim. I tried the outfit on for five seconds and took it straight off. I do not like that they can claim that some thing is dirty or damaged and there is no way for me to contact them to get verification. While I will still use the company I will absolutely take pictures next time before I send items back.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
