Everything thing I have ordered has been the same quality or better than where I have normally shopped. Not to mention the enormous selection of bras and lingerie!
I was charged for dirty/damaged items from my last return. I try the tops/ bras on and never the panties. How ever I received items (2) that were inside out. You have a standard for returns that is higher then the standard items you send out? So disappointing.

They took an excessive amount of money out of my account and said that unwanted items were returned to them dirty. This was a complete lie. Then when contacted about the issue said that it would take 3 to 5 business days to refund the money. Unacceptable considering the circumstances. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They're lingerie is decent, kinda thin and doesn't last long though, and some stuff runs extremely small though, I'm a size g and recently bought a size h and it was waaaay too small. It was apart of a bogo and so i bought 2 bras and got one free. As i stated, none of them fit, so i started a return. I messaged them if i could keep the free one, they told me yes, and i gave it to my mother as it fit her (dd). So i sent the others out for a refund and only received half of it. So i went to ask why and they said it covers the free bra, i showed the message about how they said i could keep it and they gave me 5 dollars worth of credit and said if i wanted it return it. Wow. So if i want my money back, ill need to get the bra back and return it. Kinda sad if you ask me. Also just about their bras in general, i wear unlined bras, I'm very busty, and all of their unlined bras are see through lace. I just want a casual bra but all of them are sexy. I'll start shopping at soma, its a shame.

First, when was the last time you were fitted professionally? The fit varies slightly with different brands and fluctuates naturally as time goes on. We recommend getting sized at least once or twice a year.
Moreover, we would definitely recommend you trying our fitting guide. Just above the size drop-down box that's found on each set or item's display page, you'll find the Size Guide link which brings up our useful Size & Shape Guide.
There, under the Bra and Panty Fit Guide, you'll find our bra calculator which can assist you with finding the best size and your best Adore Me fit.

There are a wide variety of products, very well priced and excellent quality. My wife is very happy with everything I've bought for her.
Everything I ordered fit great. Was both comfortable and sexy. Win, win.
The bras were uncomfortable and for some reason not eligible for return.

Excellent quality, great fit. I love all the Adore Me products that I have gotten!
The items cost exactly in the same amount almost every single month. Whether it is pajamas or yoga gear it's all the same price. I would like to see some variety in the close chosen for me as well as budget friendly prices for those of us that don't want to shop in the store but want to continue shopping online after Covid.

My first box, I kept everything - they nailed it with styles and colors. The next couple of boxes were ok - some I liked but some were way off in color and style. This last box I just received, I kept nothing and was very disappointed.
Love the products and it's easy to return but not getting the bra size right.

I like the selection and variety of styles. The product is also comfortable, fitting well.
But they seldom have my size In the style and color I want. Shipping is ALWAYS slow. Twice they had to give me credit for something I ordered because by the time they got to my order, it was sold out.
Love adore me products - i'm always amazed at the ingenuity of their designs and fabrics. The service is also great - i love the monthly deals, the 6th set free, the ease of ordering online and returning products. My favorite intimates brand, for sure.
I placed an order with Adore me using their fitting guidelines. The order came and everything was too small. I initiated a return and submitted another order in another size. Some time passes and I check on my second order, only to see that it has been canceled. I did not receive an email or any notification about the cancellation. I called adore me to see why my order was canceled and the rep told me there was no real reason besides a glitch at the warehouse. When asked if there was anything they could do about the cancellation the rep said no. I would have to reorder. I go to reorder and a lot of the sets are sold out. I was very disappointed and now am waiting for the December drop to see if they come back in stock.

I have an adore me subscription you get charged $20 a month to have a Box curated for you I have not a problem with that but when they want to charge me $20 for returning a Box that's supposed to be free I have a problem with that and we're going on a week of going back-and-forth and still don't have it resolved

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
