In October I ordered something from Adore Me. They used Deliver It instead of USPS to ship it, and Deliver It didn't do their job. The item never left the east coast. They returned it to sender almost immediately for no reason, but the tracking did not reflect this until a week later. I called Adore Me, they gave me store credit, I reordered and the whole mess happened again. This time when I called I rejected the store credit and asked for them to elevate the issue. Several day later I got a condescending canned email from a "senior" customer service person saying they can't control 3rd party shippers and that I need to call USPS to solve the issue... USPS wasn't the shipper. This person clearly didn't even bother to actually LOOK at what was going on.
All I want is for them to use a competent shipper. That is it. But no. They are trying to make it my problem when I have successfully received orders from them for the last year.
There is a lot of low stock items for my size. While I understand that things go out of stock, it was difficult to do my recent exchange in I wasn't able to find a set that I really wanted.

Adore Me has been amazing since I switched to buy them. Usually their shipping is fast and on time, but this time it was a few days late, but I'm saying it was Holiday mailing troubles. Adore Me has amazing bras and panties for awesome value. Though, I never really buy anything full price. I ALWAYS wait until there is a buy one get one free deal, because that makes the price more worth it. I've suggested Adore Me to multiple people, and mentioned if it seems expensive they should wait until a sale. But the quality is fantastic, always recommend!

Well i recieved my first package in no time
My items werebto big so i returned/ exchanged them. So i recieved one of my reordered items. And have still yetbto recieve the other. This kimd of upsets me bit i will remain patient.

I expect to see more innovative designs. Your merchandise is no different than what is available at retail stores. Your price is to high, for such items. Your design do not knock anything out of the park, poor material for the cost that you're extending to the consumer. There's nothing innovative about your product, just like everybody else there's nothing unique.

Everything I order is always so beautiful! I have a larger chest. It is so hard to find a bra that is comfortable, functional, and sexy. ADORE ME never fails me! My boyfriend loves everything I have ordered
I called to process an exchange due to ordering as a guest, and the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The lady had NO clue about any of the charges I was going to have or penalty fees, or the refund and was extremely rude when I asked for clarification. Will never order from adore me again. Absolutely terrible experience.

Adore Me had fantastic customer service and fast shipping. I love the quality of their items, and how comfortable they are. This was my first time trying their brand, and I loved sharing them with my audience. I will definitely be working with, and purchasing from them again. Its a must buy!
I can't tell you the amount of times I've returned something, and still been charged for it. Then to try and get your money back has you on hold for forever. I put the items in the bag, and then in the box, and then return. That's the whole point! What am I missing?!

I enjoy getting my box every month and being able to return at my leisure. The products and variety are great. I returned my first box with every thing I promised to send back but was charged for an item that I was told wasn't sent back. I hope it doesn't happen again or I will have to discontinue this service.

I have bought from here before and I was satisfied with my purchases, recently I bought and was not so satisfied. Due to the way some of the garments fit. Over all I am happy just wish the sizing didn't change so much from garment to garment.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
