Your product, the customer service, everything is great. The garments always fit. The sizing is pretty spot on. Customer service is always great. Shipping suck. Takes forever.
I work in the construction industry and my days are long. I've lost 30lbs and was in dire need of under garments and what not. Adore Me is truly a life saver. Not only do I conveniently get a box filled with what I need; I get the utmost spectacular and comfortable items. Couldn't ask for anything more. LOVE
I have been a member for a number of months and have on my to-do list to cancel my membership. I gave it a try. Here is my conclusion: There are some pieces that are nice. The cost/value doesn't align with the frustration. Often there are not sizes in the pieces that work for me. So as part of the ordering or exchange process - I have been left with nothing to order - because there is simply not a selection. So if I try something different - and I doesn't work - I am left with paying the restocking fee. I have also had an order messed up. The only way to resolve it is to go through the exchange/return process.
The pieces are cute. Not super high quality. This leaves me in a situation where I am questioning the overall quality and value for the amount of wasted time, money, and annoyance.
I have bought my wife undergarments for over a decade. Always shopped the big stores, always not fitting just right. Then on a whim I tried AdoreMe. Can I just say, the fit is amazing. She has never been happier and loves every single piece I have bought. Customer service has been amazing and helping in case of a missed shipment or expedited delivery. They know what they are doing, and they are doing a great job.
I'm really not one to complain so I am sad to leave a 1 star review. This experience was frustrating. The first box was cool and exciting. I kept several things and was looking forward to the next. The second was Meh, really didn't match what I was hoping for. I thought the feedback portal was not expansive enough. The third box was missing an item completely. The missing item was probably the one I would have liked. The return process was tricky. I called and was hold then on the phone with a representative for quite a while to confirm the item wasn't included. That box wasn't confirmed as returned for several weeks. In that time, the post office charged me for the shipping. Fourth box, returned everything. Have since canceled.

I have loved every single piece of lingerie & pjs I've gotten from Adore me. I've gifted a few to my mom + sister and they love their stuff too!
The sale price did not indicate when the sale ended. I shopped and picked out things that night. Got my card to pay the next morning. And the prices had reverted back. Not happy.

Great products and excellent customer service! I received everything on the expected timeline and was happy with the quality of the items.
The clothes I got were super comfy and I love wearing them but when I pulled them out of the bag the seams were already starting to fall apart. Seems like the stitching was not done right so I don't expect these clothes to last long...

This company is a complete scam. They say your credits don't expire but after 1 year they cash them into an "e-gift card" that they NEVER send to your email. I have talked to someone weekly for over a month to get my money and it still NEVER comes. There is apparently no supervisors and I can't talk to the department that actually sends the gift cards. Please beware before signing up for their monthly credit!

I love the underwear and lingerie. For so long plus sized women were stuck with bras and underwear made for a grandmother. I'm glad someone realized we deserve to feel sexy too.
I absolutely love the service. Everything fit perfectly! It's beautiful and my favorite new thing to wear to feel good in my own skin. The material is really nice. Their clothes are by far the most comfortable lounge wear I have ever worn and affordable! It was a great experience. What I purchased fit perfectly! I'm def going to be a frequent shopper! I love adore me! All of their clothing I've received so far has all been so so soft.
I ordered 4 sets, bras and matching underwear, shipping was ok, had an issue with my e mail and once that was fixed it was easier to track my order. The problem started when I received my order, cute bras and matching panties but for me the quality sucked. I could not imagine wearing these things all day and the bras providing any kind of support. Now I'm a 38 DD and these bras offered no support not even enough to wear for a date night let alone for my very demanding job at a nursery (plants) so I package them back up and tried to process the return only to find I'll be charged $5.95 per item for the return. Ok fine my fault for not checking their return policy but then I had other issues with the return, it changed to an exchange and since I didn't see the point in looking for anything else as I was not impressed with the quality. I called customer service and got them to fix that. The problems really began when I dropped the return off at the post office, Nov 6th, today is Nov 30th and I finally got my money back minus the almost 24 dollar restocking fee. In that time line I ordered jeans from another company 3 times and returned them three times because of the fit and wasn't charged a dime and I already have my money back from the last return, all in the same time frame. I called twice trying to find out the status of my return and both times I was told the post office had not delivered my return to them yet. It wasn't until I contacted them again and gave them proof, I had a receipt from the post office with a tracking number showing my order had been returned on Nov 15th at 8 am. That they said oh yeah I see here where it's is at out wearhouse and being processed. Uh huh of course it's there. I finally had the return hit my credit card today Nov 30th and I canceled everything from them. Again cute bras and if you are a member of the Itty bitty tittie committee these bras are for you but if you actually have books and need extra support I would look else where.

The products I have received have been great but the customer service is lacking. They do respond very quickly and I appreciate that but they did not send an item I ordered and claim that they can not ship it and instead gave me a store credit. While I greatly appreciate them giving me a store credit, what I really wanted was the item I ordered which I cannot order without having to pay more than the store credit was for so I'm losing out on what I really wanted and ordered. I appreciate them trying to make it right but they failed.

Their sizing chart is off. I returned the items after trying on to exchange. They are claiming the items are dirty and damaged and there's no refund or credit. I asked for a photo for proof of the imaginary damage/dirt and they said they don't do that. They just mark it dirty and get rid of it. So one of us is lying and its not me.

Very satisfied with my order. Definitely ordering again.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
