I received a bra from Adore Me, and it didn't fit well. I took their size quiz and ordered the size that was recommended, but it is too small.

I was able to order my items and got them much quicker than I did last time I ordered. And although they didn't have everything in my size I was still able to find most of what I was looking for

I made a purchase for my wife on August 12,2021 and paid for priority shipping. Well as of August 24th still no package.
When I emailed customer serivce the only thing they would tell me is that it should have been shipped just wait on it. So I call and demand a refund only to get told to wait again.
According to the the post office priority shipping should take only five days from wherenit was supposedly shipped from to my residence. Will not be doing anymore business with this establishment. They got 1 star only because there was no way to give negative stars.

Return policy is not acceptable, if one item doesn't fit i don't understand why you have to send back the whole set. Also some of the bras ride up in the arm pit and it seems as that the sizes are not the same as other sets.

I tried them out, actually did usually find one item in each box that I liked. But on my last box, they 'closed' the order before I could login and confirm which items I wanted to keep - so they charged me for ALL of them. I complained and they said I could send them back for a refund. Not only have they NOT refunded me, they have now charged me for items I returned 4 months ago that they say they have not received. Their shipping label, so they should have their own tracking. And now that I cancelled my subscription, they are saying they did not received my returned items from 4 months ago - and will now charge me for those returned items.

I currently get adore me box every month. I ordered an additional 2 swim suits. 1 of which I never got. They didn't even tell me I wasn't going to get it. The site said both suits were delivered. I had to contact them for the other swim suit which they were out of. Also, they are always out of stock with a lot of items. When I apply a filter I expect the stuff to go away that is out of stock. Waisted time looking at 30 different things for them to all be out of stock and whn I fond something that's was in stock I never got it. Very frustrating

Customer support was amazing. Cup size was smaller than expected. Completed the return process in the app (can do the same online, I assume) and got a shipped notification the next day. I just printed the label and dropped it off at my UPS store. No complaints and excellent products with great design.

This is the 3rd incident with adore me that leaves me wondering "what is going on in their supply change management?"
I'm discontinuing my membership and i will never buy their flimsy bras again. The bras are pretty, but flimsy. And the customer service is horrible. It's a no all the way around for me.

I'm just disappointed with this company. It feels like they need to make extra money with all the fees they have. They charge $5.95 for restocking fee, they keep any money you have when you exchange a higher value item for a cheaper, and they charge your account a $0.01 to verify your account when you have already bought an item and obviously account has been verified. It seems to me that by taking little by little here and there is how they get extra money without much effort, pure scam.

Purchased from this company and loved the products. But they are absolutely spamming me with text messages. I get messages weekly. I have messaged to stop many times, blocked numbers more than 20 separate times, and I STILL get messages. I cannot find a way to get them to stop, do NOT give them permission to use your phone number. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
