Set purchased for my mom was perfect and comfy. Pajamas purchased for me was perfect. I am on my third bra/panty set. 1st set didn't fit right. 2nd set was itchy. Waiting on 3rd. I dont like that you have to get the panties with the bras, as I am very picky about the fabric and style of underwear I wear. You can get just the underwear separately, which is a plus.
My boyfriend presented a birthday certificate to this store. I ordered a set. It is fantastic. The bra is super soft and beautiful.

Love the idea of being able to try on lingerie in private at your own home! It's even really easy to return items if they don't fit your style.
But everything is very expensive. I've always thought that women's clothing was way overpriced, especially because of how cheaply most of it is made. Adore Me has mostly good quality products, but I don't think we should be paying close to $50 on a bra and underwear with some pretty design on them. At cheaper stores I can get 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants for that same price but for way more fabric. Even at more name brand and expensive stores I can still get at least 1 shirt for that same price and still more fabric. I understand that these clothes are more delicately made and need more time than just a shirt and pants, but I don't think they're delicately made enough to charge almost $50... More like $25. But that's just my opinion on the women's clothing industry. Thanks for listening to my rant!

I have a monthly subscription and it's been great. The stylists have been pretty much spot on with the preferences I set. Clothes are all really comfortable and it's hard deciding what to keep. I look forward to my box every month.

This order was for 3 pairs of plus sized panties that looked exactly like they did in the ad photos (I. E super cute!) They fit well. They came on time, and the team at Adore Me was super helpful with shipping updates and the like. Awesome experience!

This is one of those if I could give no stars I would. Never got the items and they still attempted to try to charge my card at least twice (close to $200 I think it was; I had to lock my card to keep the charges going through). Hung up on multiple times by customer service, who wouldn't refund or cancel anything even though I had literally never received any products. Terrible customer service. Probably the worst company I've ever worked with, tons of complaints on BBB. How they haven't been shut down yet I have no idea

After returning items, I was issued only a store credit. Upon trying to use my store credits, not only did they allow me to use only 1 item of credit per order, but then emailed to say they charged me for an items due to computer issues. WTF! How the heck am I to use my store credits? This site sucks!

I immediately sent message when I saw that I was not charged accurately on order. I was told that I could cancel and reorder basically. They did not offer to adjust or fix the amount…Stating it was "too late" in the processing! Moments?!?! Too late! I know it can be done, and it wasn't. Disappointed.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
