The delivery process and service its the worst think I ever had they say their working hard so your product gets to the costumer in the best but unfortunately it never happens their delivery service really SUCKS in the other hand the items our great.

I placed my order it never came I called into cust Serv they gave me credit I placed a reorder and when I got the items they were way to small I wear a 42DDD and none of my bras fit I am disappointed because I really thought I found what I was looking for I also called back in and the person was rude so I'm sitting on stuff I paid for and can't wear

So far, I have loved the items I have been able to purchase. The only disappointment is that my size seems to always be out of stock. I can't hate the site, though, the items feel amazing! Everything is always so comfortable and fits just right!

I had to return something but had thrown the packaging away along with the box. Customer service e-mailed me a label the next day. Quick response was really appreciated.

The last set of bra and panty (pink), love them both BUT wore the panty one afternoon, took them off and the lace started to have holes! No, they are not to small, same size as rest of them and this particular one, quality was not yhere!

I ordered the lace and black lounge shorts set very pretty and comfortable. Like always, it fit like a glove. I've never had trouble with something not fitting. I e never had to return anything I've bought. Love it

I have returned three different boxes, each of them nicely wrapped and organized after having tried the on once for a couple of minutes. I have been charged $15-20 per item every time with notes that the items are damaged upon return. I understand USPS isn't great and could excuse being charged once, but every time is ridiculous. I don't get the items back and never see evidence of this damage. I'm just charged. This is ridiculous and a scam for money.

My order - a bathing suit - took a week to even ship and then was lost in transit for two more weeks - no updates at all on tracking. When I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on, I was initially told I'd be refunded, only to get another email from the customer service rep a few days later saying she actually won't be refunding me yet, I needed to wait. My order finally showed up 3.5 weeks after I placed it. I no longer need it, having given up on it ever arriving and purchasing from elsewhere, but of course now if I want to return it I have to pay for return shipping.

My ordering transaction was smooth. Shipped to me on time. Fit was perfect. Got size large panty & the bra is a 36DD. Looks amazing! The lace is very high quality. My husband LOVES IT! Will definitely order again.

The ‘sets' were so far off in sizing. I could not detail that in my return responses. The costs for the pieces were high. While the comfort level was there. That's really all that was correct

I ordered 10 pairs of underwear in small and they're all unfortunately a little too small. Not comfortable.

First, when was the last time you were fitted professionally? The fit varies slightly with different brands and fluctuates naturally as time goes on. We recommend getting sized at least once or twice a year.
Moreover, we would definitely recommend you trying our fitting guide. Just above the size drop-down box that's found on each set or item's display page, you'll find the Size Guide link which brings up our useful Size & Shape Guide.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
