I reached out because they sent me the wrong size on a clearance item. I wasn't supposed to be able to get a refund or exchange. They gave me a code to get a full set. It was great!

I order 5 sets a month ago. My order is still processing. I called customer service this morning asking for a refund m, the lady in the other line said my apologies but we can't offer a refund till
It's mailed out. Makes no sense to me! Either send me my order or refund my money. And no I don't want a 15% off as the company emailed me because I will not be ordering from AdoreMe ever again.

I was a happy Elite member for a 4 months and then my boxes arrived with the same items that I had purchased previously, so these items got returned UNOPENED and I decided to cancel my membership. That's when they started taking $20 for my account every month for the same reason of damaged returned merchandise. I hadn't even had a box for 2 months because the account was supposed to be terminated after speaking to customer support and never was and the last box all the items were returned unopened. So this company hooks you and then keeps charging you after the account is closed with ZERO notification. Keep an eye on you online banking. IF you decide to order from this company DO NOT start a subscription and order using a pre-pay card. I sincerely reget ever becoming a customer as I have to call an uncooperative customer service every month who will not let me speak with an account supervisor. Probably, because it's just a bunch of clowns running the show.

Beyond just being annoyed with the fact that I had to get the matching panties for every set even if I didn't want them, I was a VIP but there was nothing on the site eligible for earning rewards points. If you buy enough, you're supposed to get free sets, but they put almost everything on sale so that you never accumulate rewards points. The most annoying thing was that the sizing on the clothes were so inconsistent. I bought the same size in two different styles on the same day, and one medium fit more like an extra small, and the other medium was perfectly sized. When it's an expensive online boutique, especially for underwear which is something you don't want to return, the sizing just really needs to be consistent because there's not ability to go into a store and try it on. Overall, just not the biggest fan, so I've removed my membership.

Most of their bras I have loved. Out of like 8, I didn't like 1 because of the shape it gave my breasts. But it was still pretty, so I kept it to wear around the house!

This is the third order that has had a massive delay. I ordered items in June to take on a trip in July and they didn't show up. I got an email saying that shipping is delayed these days, blah, blah, blah. But all my other experiences with other companies is maybe a day or two longer but not WEEKS! I love these products but the wait time for the receipt of them is ridiculous

I ordered four Set pieces from adore me and i truly love them, but I believe that these were not true to size. I am a 32 bb and most of the sets that I got are too small for me. I measured myself before ordering so I know that my size it correct, but for some reason my bras are to tightly fit and it is uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that I now have 4 sets that will just sit in my dresser not being wear. If, I do order more pieces from you guys I may have to size up.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
