I ordered 3 bra sets. Two were out of stock, so I was only sent one. I returned it because it didn't fit. Should have been easy to get my money refunded minus the restock fee for the one set, right? Nope. They only refunded $39.94 even though I paid $68.86. They won't respond to emails in which I request the rest of the money be returned.

Adore Me regularly charges customers for,"Damaged" merchandise upon arrival of these returned items. They refuse to provide proof of said damages and automatically make withdrawals from your account to charge you for them. Beware-if you do much as try a bra on-they will charge you for, "damaging" it.

Anytime I order from this company it fits properly and is extremely comfortable. The quality is outstanding for the fair price. Great designs as well - AdoreMe never disappoints.
I had been using this company for a few months and I noticed that I was being charged $20 a month which was fine but when I told them I was skipping a month and didn't want anything they still charged which was not OK I've asked them for a refund they said they weren't going to give me a refund for a month even though I did not purchase any items
I explained to them that I wanted to cancel my membership after that they would not cancel my membership ended up charging me for the package that I had already sent back
They still have not referred my money I have spoken to several different reps I have emailed I have asked to speak to a manager apparently nobody has a manager's name phone number or email address reps do not want to give their names out All they say is we have to send it to another department I ask for that department's number or email address they say I have to use the adore me.com email and everybody gets that email no that's not true they are liars they steal your money they don't want to give you refunds I would never work with this company again they should be boycotted

The items were beautiful well worth what I paid. The bra was a bit to small in the cup area I felt like I was falling out of it. The panties were a bit big so they were loose on me.

They have a $6 restocking fee PER item PLUS membership fees. Ridiculous. They make it sound like it is so easy to shop, find your size, and then hit you with all the fees when you actually need help. I hate companies like this. Not transparent enough.

Meanwhile, upon processing your return, it is stated that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set.

I am so appalled at the moment with the terrible customer service I have received and the ridiculous policy that Adore Me has of denying its members the sale prices for the items in the monthly box. As you may know, Adore Me is based on a membership that you must have, which requires you to either buy lingerie every month or login on time to cancel your box each month that you don't want to make a purchase. But, guess what? If your box contains items that you want to purchase and Adore Me happens to be having an online sale in which the same items are on sale, you do not get the sale price for anything. In other words, you must know if they are going to have a sale and cancel your monthly box and order pieces online in order to receive the sales prices. You are charged a non refundable fee of $20 for monthly receiving the box of lingerie, which they allow you to apply towards keeping any items in the box. This essentially means that you must purchase a set from the boxes you receive or you will be throwing $20 in the trash. So even if I decided to go to the trouble of returning every item in my box just so that I could purchase them separately online in order to get the sale price, I'd lose that $20. It's ridiculous and insulting. This month they had two sales with relevant discounts that I was unable to benefit from because I received my box. The customer service is horrible. They are unapologetic and cold and totally unwilling to be fair. I do not recommend Adore Me and I will be getting out of this membership immediately.

I was charged twice a $90.? Charge then a $30.00 dollar charge. I feel taken advantage of. I like I am waiting on another set. I doubt that I am though.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
