I ordered an expensive package from Adidas and Hayabusa back in January, I never got my package. I called both companies to see what they could do to help. Hayabusa refunded me my money and I was then able to re-order my items which finally made it to my door step, Adidas on the other hand took 11 months to tell me no, it's not their fault and that Fed Ex denied my claim. I had to call their customer service five times, each time their reprehensive said they would get back to me within five to seven business days. Never happened, ultimately on the fifth time the Adidas reprehensive said no, not my problem, tough cookies. I've been a loyal customer to the brand for years, last time I ever order online from them.

I purchased a pair of Yeezys for myself and son. The expected date of arrival changed several times, so I called customer service. They said the shoes were on back order and if they didn't ship in 2 weeks they would cancel the order. I get an email that they're delivered, but there's nothing there. I've been getting the run around from both adidas and fedex! I've made a police report but either company wants it. I need my money back on my card or my shoes that I paid for!
My name is Trevor and I am a very frustrated customer because I am having a major problem getting Large (Tall or Long) adidas training, basketball or track tapered pants with zipper bottoms. Everything seems to be catered to STANDARD size IN ALL YOUR STORES IN NYC (which ARE almost up to my calves) instead of my ankles. I am 6'5" and don't know why Adidas went away from taking care of people 6' 3" and above in their stores and online. At LEAST have those sizes online. You cannot secure them on line and always receive a notification stating they are out of stock without a way to add yourself to a list of waiting customers. I am one Adidas customer who love the brand and may have to look for another brand that haven't forgotten about customers' my height.

If you know EXACTLY what will fit you then go for it because they certianly have decent product with a contempory edge. Beyhond that it's a nightmare. What should have been a simple exchange was long wait times on the phone, online chat just as long stating 30 people in front of me. Requested an exchange for a shoe. Needed womens 8.5. Took company over 14 days to acknowledge they even received the product in house for exchange. When they sent my exchange they sent me the wrong product. They sent me a mens 8.5 which equates to a womens 9.5. I am back in line with 22 customers in front of me which will be another 30+ minutes waiting.
ADIDAS warranty claim process is simply a joke. ADIDAS tries as much as possible to delay the process, claiming that the process involves many different steps that will take up to 20 days from receiving the merchandise to get the refund. I even received a message confirming that. However, 20 days go by, and nothing. Even when you call to ask for status, they add another 10 more days. Then they just keep adding something to the process which is clearly absurd and nonsense.
Clearly this company is all about lying to consumers and fooling them into believing they are getting a great product for an excellent price. Unfortunately, and even though I used to like their products being they have inconsistent and unreliable warranty practices, you'll end up with a damaged product that can be returned but no money back within an acceptable time period.
And, by the way, same as others within this same forum, when you ask to speak with a supervisor either nobody is available or your call gets magically disconnected.
All of the above happened twice in less than 7 days.
The second time and final call was made on 11/1/2022, spoke with an agent that identified himself as "Jouer '' and identified his supervisor as "Monica", neither one of them capable of handling the issue at my satisfaction, and still, 25 days later, the issue has not been resolved, unfortunately prompting for it to be reported through the Attorney's General Office.
Very unfortunate customer service and attention when consumers need ADIDAS to comply with their warranty offers.
Do yourself a favor and go some other place to get your sport gear.
I wish I have read the reviews before I purchased from Adidas.com, oh boy worst customer service ever. I purchased a pair of leggings, the size is way off, so I returned them. They received my returns on 10/18/22, and the status showed "Refund will be issued within 5 business days". After a week, still no refund, I contacted them with chat, the agent just cut me off, didn't even want to help. 2 weeks already past by, still no refund. They are thieves, I never had any problems with online orders until I purchased from Adidas. People please don't waist your money and time, go somewhere else, you can still buy this brand.
Ordered ultraboost dna 5.0 which are $180. When they arrived the tags and paper in the shoes were already removed and at the bottom of the box. There was dirt by the laces and dirt on the bottoms. The worst part is I felt they smell like a foot! I emailed adidas and they responded with I'm sorry, please check out our website for deals in the future. Plus they told me i can just exchange it for the same shoe but the website only let's you exchange for different sizes, so they don't even no how their own system works. Will never purchase from adidas online store again
It's been over 2 months and still no credit I contact the several times and they have no answer for me, I was told it would be escalated to management; but it's been 11 days and still have no answer! I been lied twice that I would receive 30% of voucher for the inconvenience, but didn't even receive that. Starting to believe Adidas is not very trustworthy and I should go elsewhere!
On October 3,2022 I have ordered clothing and shoes for a total of $356, which qualified me for free shipping. They shipped the order October 19 originally through fedex who in turn transferred the product to US postal service to ensure the delivery. US postal service office supposedly delivered the product by dropping it at the main office of the building apartment where I live. My building apartment has a package concierge room with plenty of lockers for big and small packages. Somehow, they said they have delivered it to the reception desk office with no signature or anything confirming someone has received order, which sounds weird because if it was the case the reception desk officer would have been redirected the carrier to the package room. Fast forward, the reception denied they have received any package for me. I called adidas to report. After a 2 weeks investigation they concluded since the carrier has confirmed to have delivered the product, adidas therefore declined any responsibility of any sort and suggested I would do best to report to the local police if I believe the item has been stolen.
This is a complete bull s…t for a company like adidas to just frivolously treat customers casually like that. That's their business model now, not owning any responsibility toward the customer if their delivery carrier associate fails in their delivery duty.
What am I at the looser end in all this when 3 different companies involved in the shipping and delivery failed to get the product to me.

I placed my order a month ago and it still hasn't shipped out. When I contact customer service they just say my order is being "processed at the warehouse and that they'll notify me when it's shipped." I don't understand why it would take a month to process an order.

Adidas is the worst company to order from, I never received my order it was worth over $400 and they refused to refund my money. I have called several times to try and resolve this issue. Greed controls this shoe line dropped kayne stole his designs so awful! Model clothes I have 3 million followers definitely had adidas in mind. No longer do. I will make sure all my followers know about the greed adidas have same people who sold shoes with human blood in it and a celebrity had to go to jail for it
So, Adidas supports anti-semitism. Even if this company drops Kanye now, it will be because of the backlash- not because they are willing to stand up for what is right. No more Adidas products for our family.
They have pastel little polka dot speckles in the sole rubber portion. They don't appear in the pictures and are not apparent in the description. Then, when I sent them in for a return, they did not process the order correctly, and I had to call them to get my money back.
I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas. Adidas shipped them through a company named Lasership. A Lasership driver showed up to my house on 10/9/22 around the 5:00 pm hour. She dropped the box off on my porch, took a picture and marked the package delivered into their system. Afterwards she comes back to my porch and steals the same package. This was all caught on Ring video camera. I have contacted this company several times and they send a robot message saying package delivered to contact Adidas. I contacted Adidas and at first they found this to be funny. They made me re-purchase the same shoes at a higher price than I originally paid. They refuse to acknowledge the company they are using to ship products is stealing from consumers. Read the reviews for Lasership on Google on and on Facebook they are horrible. This in turn is costing the consumer money and grief. Both companies are useless. Adidas being the corporate giant they are needs to be held accountable for their poor judgement. I have the video as proof!
Trust all the negative reviews, Adidas has THE WORST customer service in the industry. And I really should say, they have NO customer service. Impossible to speak to an agent, unless you want wait on-hold for hours. Try using their IBOT 'chat,' forget it. When you finally get to request an agent, the standard reply is "all agents are busy, try again later." Don't bother, you'll never get an actual person. Try their "easy and simple" online returns. Don't bother, the return label won't print so they have to email one. Well, again, don't bother that either, you'll never get one. So I'm stuck with sneakers that don't fit and can't process a simple return. Take my advice, buy Brooks, buy Saucony, buy any other running she brand but STAY AWAY FROM ADIDAS!

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
