So much wrong with this company and their customer service.
Confirmed receipt of my returned item three weeks ago but are not able to commit to when or process the refund due to warehouse staffing issues. This same non-refunded order was exchanged on a new second order (with a higher price now), and refused to price adjust.
Just buy elsewhere where they value customer service.
I have ton of gym T-Shirts but non of them have the quality of my breathable fabric(Like Nike's dri fit, sorry) adidas, which are my favorites. They are comfortable, with great design and outstanding quality as I use them a lot and they always remain intact
Adidas uses LaserShip, who are one of the worst rated couriers in the country. When LaserShip failed to deliver the same package for a second time, Adidas told me that I was out of luck unless I could prove that my package wasn't delivered. Not sure how I could possibly do that. I was home for both alleged deliveries, looking forward to their arrival(the second time with some reluctance, as LaserShip had already proven themselves incompetent) and no one came. Is taking a picture of my unshod feet considered proof of non-delivery? There is plenty of proof out there that LaserShip is terrible. I was sad to see that Adidas' customer service was just as bad.
Returned a pair of shoes for a refund. The website says 10-14 business days for the refun to be processed. When I called customer service, they told me the "policy" is 21 days to "inspect" the shoes, then another 5 business days to issue a refund. It will take more than a month after they received the shoes to issue a refund. This is an unacceptable timeframe and does not follow their posted policy.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst from any major retailer I have ever experienced. I ordered $250 worth of items for my father for Christmas and they shipped me a random pair of women's hiking shoes. I called them to try to get the right order expedited shipped so I could give my dad his gift before I left home and the first customer service agent literally hung up on me. The second agent said that they shipped me a replacement but I checked the tracking number they provided and it was for my original order, not a replacement. I have never been so upset and disappointment with a retailer before. Now I'm wasting my time on Christmas dealing with their incompetence instead of enjoying time with my family. I will never shop with Adidas again. In the photos you can see what I bought vs. what I received.
I immediately called Adidas when I noticed I bought the wrong size online. Customer Service said I would have to wait until it was delivered to exchange for the correct size... which I did. And initiated the return as soon as the box arrived. Zero response that it was received...
Website chat never works... no email. Had to call customer service, which stated yes the box was received BUT there is a 21 day 'inspection' before exchange is processed... no one at any point during the initial exchange transaction disclosed the turn around time... and while waiting for a supervisor I was disconnected. Shocker... so this customer is having a Christmas without a gift... purchased on November 28th... Adidas should be ashamed of how it treats its customers... this brand is terrible.
If I could give Adidas 0 reviews I would! What a terrible company! I ordered 14 items they delivered 3 the rest they said was delivered but never came, I called to make a complaint the representative told me they would investigate it, called back the following day to speak with a supervisor who told me there was nothing they could do until the warehouse investigation took place and that after 14 days I would have no problems getting back my refund! I called back 20 days later only to be lied to that no investigation was ever open! Thieves and liars! They are very deceptive and dishonest! I am still waiting to speak with a supervisor and they have refused to transfer me! Terrible customer service! Please stay away from this company!
Ordered a few items for their Christmas holiday discount. After going through the check out process and paying. I got an Order number from both the Adidas site and Apple Pay that the order is now in process.
Only to find out a day later which by that time the items are no longer available. And only after chatting with support that it did not go through.
Horrible Site. Bad Customer Service Reps and overall bad experience. Not getting from them anymore. Adidas is going together with their Kanye partnership you know where.
Sure Adidas is a great brand but they apparently could care less about customer service. Their customer service rep was trying to tell me that a "21 business day" exchange period was standard. So we'll miss Christmas.
I have had issues with cleats falling apart, stitching on shirts coming undone but I thought that these might be exceptions to what was otherwise a good company. It turns out that these were just hints that a once mighty brand has lost all sense of quality and customer care. Shame.
I have purchased 2 shoes from Ras al Khaimah outlet store on 3rd of December 2022 and I have seen that both pair is different when i reached and same time i have spoken to the staff and she promised that the shoes can changed. And then on 10th December i have sent my driver to change. Unfortunately the staff has given different size. My actual size EK 8 however I have received size UK 8.5. Since i have received the shoes, i was trying to contact the store directly but no one picked the call till now. Hence, please contact me at the earliest and i request ti fix the issue at the earliest,

I have been trying to get a refund for Shoes i returned 6 weeks ago and i am still being given the run around. I am phoning weekly now and each time i am told that the refund will be paid within a week, or two days, but then nothing happens.
For a large company i couldnt be more dissappointed, it is the worst consumer experience i have ever had. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!
I placed an order on their website with our current address, which is also our default address. When I completed the order it was showing our old address. I double checked, and our old address is nowhere in the system. I called customer service and was on hold for 59 minutes, just to be told they could not change the shipping address, for this order or any future orders. What? There will not be any future orders.
The worst customer service, they put you on hold forever, and when they come to the phone they are soo rude, and not willing to help!+ they hire this delivery company lasership who never find my address and putted on their system the packages as delivery but they never deliver the packages!
I returned an item for an exchange and after 2 months and 2 phone calls to customer service they canceled my exchange because they had run out of the item I needed...no doubt after two months. Ridiculous!
I've ordered two separate adidas products within the past month. One was a jersey prior to the world cup, the other was a pair of shoes. For the jersey I opted for in-store pickup, and received an email when the jersey reached the store and was available for pick-up. On the email it stated store hours for said store, which was supposedly open until 9pm. I arrived at the store at 8pm (which is a 30 minute drive away for me) to pickup my jersey, to see that the store was closing an hour earlier than stated on the email and on Google Maps. I had to return two days later to pick up the order, and waste my time and gas because of their incompetence. I also ordered shoes, directly to my house. Two weeks after I placed the order, and a week after the estimated delivery I contacted their customer service, for them to tell me they weren't sure what happened with the order, and that the shoes were no longer available in my size. Absolutely pathetic customer service and organization.
I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. I bought my grandson one of your balls and it's came apart at the seams. I went to all the work of calling you, which I sat on hold for what felt like forever, just to speak to someone and tell me that I needed to send in picture's and my receipt. Then I sent in those pictures and the receipt and I got no reply back! Then today I sat on hold for 3:00hrs before anyone answered, which is ridiculous! And then some young guy ansereed and just said it's been over 6 months so there's nothing we can do about it. I started this process in October. I bought the ball in April, this in 6 moths but NO you don't warrantee your product, THIS IS absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back or an instore credit to get a new ball, this is the LEAST YOU SHOULD DO!
I refunded shoes and leggings 2 months ago, I haven't received any money until now. I called 4-5 times(1 hour each time) and every time they tell me "the refund is processed but the system is blocked, give it a few days and it will show up." What do I do to get the money back? This is by far the worst experience I had with online shopping.
I have been an avid Adidas customer and place order with them regularly. Recently I had purchased 13items and received someone else's order with 1 kids item in it. I called customer service and was informed that they cant help right away and will open a case number and i should get a resolution within 24-48hrs. After not hearing back in a week, I called back and was informed that there hasnt been any headway on the case and that I need to submit picture of the box/label/item received (which I did not mind submitting - luckily I had not thrown away the box from a week ago). I submitted the pictures within 10mins and asked when will I get a resolution, was informed it will take another week! They will open a case with UPS (which did not made sense since the box received was not damaged or the label did not have incorrect info but was clearly a packaging issue originating from adidas warehouse since the items inside the box were incorrect.) Since than, I am still waiting for an answer and many days have passed without any response from adidas themselves. Seems like I have to call them everytime myself to get any answer, they are unresponsive themselves.
I had used 40% voucher when making the purchase, my voucher will be wasted if they decide to refund instead of shipping my ordered items. At this moment in time I am so frustrated with there customer service that I would accept a refund and would never order with Adidas again! Only because of there customer service they have lost a customer.
Okay, let me start with stating that your companies shoes are ugly and will always be ugly. Some big $#*! boat looking shoes. There must be a lot of fat ugly feet to have to fit in these. Your company will be over thrown by better shoes that aren't boat looking. The designs are terrifyingly ugly.
Received two items that were too small sent them back immediately...I'm 3wks into waiting for my exchange to arrive. I've called 2xs and the same script is read "your item
Was received, the warehouse has 21 days to check your item and then they decided on the acceptability of the items"...are you kidding me... one whole month for an exchange...I'm talking never worn...and I purchased online...Thus to me is frustrating
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
