Not answering by phone or email. Tried over 10 times. Will never buy again. Returned items and waited 2 weeks, no refund and nobody to contact. Had to dispute it with the credit card.
I purchased a pair of soccer cleats that did not last a month, Filed a claim and they declined it "Said this is cause of normal wear and tear, we have high quality products" well your high quality products couldn't make it a month in to my college season and for a price of a $130.00 I would expect them to at least make the threw the season, if I wanted to by new cleats monthly I would of stuck with something in the $20.00 range. Customer service was terrible I called asked to speak to a supervisor and they said one would call me back after 24 hrs well they never did I called them back after 48 hrs and only the thing a woman named Ann would offer me was a 30% off an other pair coupon. Truly disappointed in adidas and would of never thought they wouldn't own up to a failed product, because you can clearly see that its a seam failure and that the cleats on bottom aren't even worn yet so cleats aren't old and that supervisor basically told me I wasn't using my cleats properly and I didn't properly take care of my shoes. Well Ive played soccer since I was 5, I have had a lot of cleats and have used adidas the past 5 yrs, my last pair which we identical to this defective pair lasted two yrs. So why did this pair magically only last a month, I will not purchased sports wear in the future and next time adidas own up to your junk products.

No problem with ordering but the issue is when/if you need to exchange. Don't try as you'll never get the exchange. I have had 3 exchanges in the last 1-2 months and all 3 came back as canceled after waiting 2-3 weeks. 2 out of 3 times the items were in stock but they were still canceled. They are illegally advertising the possibility to exchange! Also, the last time I wanted to talk about this the chat was "disconnected" when I said I was unhappy and never got the chance to ask for the actual refund (that was never refunded)!

Biggest mess of a lifetime - called company 5 times! Unsuccessful 1 hour past until someone even to answered! Person super uninformed did not care in any way or shape - said you need to call fedex and return items we don't know where your order is! Rude no service period- no after spending time to return wrong order - called to follow up - no email no call nothing to even acknowledge wrong items received - again waiting long time - and oh I don't know 20 min later oh we found your returned items. Now we have to wait 21 days for inspection to than send refund - rude no apologies nothing - did not even care - done with these idiots - never ever will buy from them again -be aware no service no clue nothing - china does a better service - I am from Europe- adidas there has top service - this is a disgrace - worst company - go to outlet store or buy somewhere else -had to even click a star to post this review hereby void the star period -
Ordered a pair of yezzy on a drop. I was actually selected for the drop. Well they said they were delivered. Yet my son an I were both working in the yard that day an time of supposed delivery. And nothing. So call adidas an they say I have to wait 14 days for investigation. 14 days pass call again and the same thing. Then over a month later a supervisor calls an leaves a message that my shoes were delivered by fed ex an i would not get a refund. Bull sh*t I want my shoes or my 300 back. About to boycott adidas just like ye! Pist off customer. Oh and BTW I have blink cameras to that show no delivery that day. Where is my money!
Their return policy given the size of their company is pathetic. I purchased online at both Nike and Adidas the same day. Nike customer service was helpful and returned my items no issue. Adidas representatives just repeat their script that they can't help given it's past 30 days. We are an active family of 4 with 2 sporty boys that travel in the summer and couldn't return the 2 shirts sooner. There's too many options out there. I won't spend my money at Adidas again.

They take your money, never fulfill your order, keep telling you that it will be fulfilled eventually. They have no customer service whatsoever. Essentially stole $70 from me.
I recommend this store for quick purchases, the quality is top-notch and the range is wide, there is a lot to choose from

I ordered an item online. It was available and the payment was successfully made. On the delivery date, I received an email that my order was canceled (without explanation) and that my refund will be within 7-14 working days. After 14 days, I follow up on the refund but they told me it was a delay.
Seriously? Why does your customer need to suffer for your inefficiency? Why? It has been 15 days but they did not give me my money back.
I ordered from adidas and my package was marked "delivered" through FedEx. I was home all day, I did not get a package. I contacted Adidas and they could give two craps less I didn't get my box because fedex marked it delivered. They don't care if they lose a customer over this who has spent a lot of money on them over the years. Just because they don't have to replace it; doesn't mean they shouldn't. They clearly don't care about customers. I messaged them again and one lady said she would help me but never did. She sent me 15% off my next order. Wow thanks, let me order more stuff that I won't get and give you free money. It's a joke! You can't get in contact with them easily, and they don't care about you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I purchased Ultraboost Shoes on 05th Sept 2021 (Less than one year back) from your stores in Logix Mall, Noida.
Cloth of one shoe has been damaged from 2 locations and some metal like object from inside is biting my toe and wounding me. Pictures attached.
Your stores directed me to your customer care who didn't entertain me as the warranty period is 3 months. Your customer care directed me back to your stores who is now suggesting me to write a mail and what not.
SO THE LIFE OF ADDIDAS SHOES WORTH RS 17,999/- IS 3 MONTHS. GREAT!
Can I see any hope to have my shoe replaced/repaired?
Had to wait on line for a hour the 1st time and I asked if he could hold and hung up on me. The 2nd time called I was on hold for a hour and 20 minutes. All you ever hear from every company is they don't have enough help because of covid. I think covid is just a scape goat anymore for a answer for companies to suck. Then asked about my return which they can see their tracking and told I had to wait. My 1st order was suppose to ship and sent a email saying it was delayed. All I hear is excuses. For aidias being a million dollar company. I'm sure they are horrible. Guess you can be when we keep ordering from them. Sad isn't it.
I ordered 2 shoes from Adidas and the quality of both the shoes were of okay quality. Out of 2 I returned one of them and it has been more than 2 weeks now. Since then I cannot get a hold on my return status. I've sent more than 4 emails to their support team and shamefully I haven't got a single reply. I tried calling them twice and for both the calls they kept me on hold FOR 45 minutes and in the end they hung up.
For a brand like Adidas this is a huge disappointment. After paying thousands of rupees you get thins kind of service. I am still waiting for my return status.
As for quality, their shoes offer a reasonable quality only after you pay at least more than 15k INR, below that, in my opinion, they're no good.
I would really appreciate if someone can really help me out here or at least get this review in the eyes of Adidas. I am pretty sure I am never buying online again from Adidas's website.
They will send you damage product than they will not accept it back and take your money! Bad customers service ever!
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
