My life is Adidas. Only Adidas can provide complete comfort shoes for all occasions. I have been loyal to this brand for 16 years.
I did not receive all my items in my shipment and adidas.com would not help. They told me to take this issue up with FedEx. I've placed many items with adidas.com and they were short patience and said they were not responsible for me not receiving ALL of my items eventhough FedEx is their preferred shipper.
Tried to ship to different address then billing address. We site kept self propagating wrong information for the billing address using the shipping address
Called customer service 2 times, 2nd time they hung up on me
They've got a great assortment there. The quality is above average and prices are below average. Nevertheless, it gets spoiled by support or by the absence of it.
Great appearance and lots of compliments but nothing beat the comfort. Standard Ultraboost fits a little snug but these are more accommodating for my wide foot.
I am very disappointed with Adidas shoes recently. I was a huge fan of them and I never bought any pair of shoes other than Adidas but the last couple of shoes I bought were just disaster and they were somehow fully destroyed after 3 months of use. Quality is ok. Size is fit for me, but the service is very bad.
I do not buy again.
I prefer this brand compared to their competitors simply because they use latest modern designs instead of old and outdated ones. Very affordable price range and trendy too...
I was not able to pay with any of my 2 credit cards, 1 debit and pay pal even that i wait 2 days and login again. The message is allways the same "you poayment was refused" when you call customer service they say cannot charge you on the phone. So how the $#*! do i pay then, in the mean time the deals get out of stock
Canceled my first order 4 days after it was placed, it was supposed to be a gift for someone so that was inconvenient as hell. They just emailed me saying it was cancelled and nothing else. I went on their website to reorder or something and it was out of stock so i figured that is what had happened its okay normal slip up i thought but then! I placed a second order of two other jackets at 10 am and they canceled it that same day late late at night. Same problem out of stock and the other jacket was. Contacted customer support NO RESOLUTION, CRAPPIEST SERVICE FROM ADIDAS THEMSELVES. Lost my business for sure
I order there for great quality product like adidas. Wearing sports wear as casual wear is my thing.
I am amazingly surprised at how well I like these shoes. Very comfortable and do not slip at the heal
I bought 4 shoes using the e-gift card and my credit card. I kept one shoe and returned the rest 3 so that I could do 2 things: Use that e-gift card and get a nice pair of shoes.
But here comes their faulty refund process into picture. The charged my credit card for the shoes and gave the gift card back (which is just absurd! What is the point of gift card then!). I spent 1 hour each time, explaining what they did, to 3 different representatives and wasted so much time because their system does not allow to charge the e-gift card for that shoes.
I am never ever going to use Adidas in my life. They just can't accept that their system is faulty and give me my money back. They are just forcing me to pay through the credit card for the shoes and not use the gift card!
Despite being a sport brand, you can also wear it casually. Many of my favorite soccer teams wear this brand

Returns are terrible! No way to print it out. Have to go through a chat on the website. I did this... she looked up my order etc... took 20 min. Never got the label in my email. Had to go back on a chat again and go through same process with another person. Still don't have label. Will not be using website again. The shoes aren't even comfortable on my kids! Those superstars are such a racket. Have to go down 1 1/2 sizes to get the heel to fit snug and they are so stiff with zero arch support
I have never dealt with a company that has this poor of service. I have been a customer for over 15 years, hold a creator club account and spend upwards of 1,000 / year on Adidas gear. I tried to order shoes for my daughter and they canceled the order 3 times without any notification. When I called the customer service rep was rude and offered no resolution. I tried to order a different pair of shoes and had an issue with the size. I called the customer service and the rep literally hung up on me. Shop Adidas.com if you want to be treated like crap
The 2019 Tiro Pants not only look good on you and make you look presentable but the trio pants give you a lot of major advantages, one is a sweat reducer you don't sweat and start drinking you stay cool also it's dry fit and it gives you athletic running advantages, and gives you a strength booster by helping you run faster and allows you to flex your muscles better and finally I would encourage everyone to get some.

DO NOT SHOP WITH ADIDAS.COM. Worst customer service. 1st Adidas employee said exchange would be filled. Sent prepaid UPS return label. Returned shoes, exchange never processed due to no availability. 2nd Adidas employee said to wait for exchange to happen, to download Adidas APP check store availability. Then, exchange order was cancelled and money returned. No exchange, no ability to find shoes anywhere. Called Adidas to complain about not broken shoes, no exchange, no ability to find shoes in store and no recourse. Adidas rep kept falsely apologizing for inconvenience and offered 30% discount which is nothing. DO NOT SHOP WITH ADIDAS.COM
Adidas is always my top choice when it comes to buying running sneakers. Recently I bought the originals men's superstar and as before it won't let me down. My feet feel happy while running or walking and are absent from the stinking odour.
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
