I am experiencing horrible customer service with Adidas, and I don't know where else to turn but social media.
I ordered four items from the Adidas Ivy Park line. When my box arrived, nothing was right - my shoes were the wrong size (by four sizes,) and two of my items were missing.
I've called the Adidas customer support line four times. I called twice on Thursday, November 5th, and sent photos of the box and contents, but I was told there would be no way I could get any of my items replaced, and that they could not confirm I would even get my money back. They said they would be opening a case to see where my items would have gone.
I was told someone from the company would be calling me back to help. That never happened. I was told I would receive an email about being put on an inventory list, so I might get what I ordered. That never happened.
I sent two follow up emails regarding other packages I'd seen online, and I received no response.
Other packages my friends and family received had tamper proof tape on them. Mine had none.
I called back on Tuesday and my case had not moved anywhere. No one had looked at my emails. No one had inquired yet with USPS to see where my items might have gone.
I was told my case was then "being sent to another department for review." The customer service rep told us it was PDX but couldn't tell us what that meant.
I was told that no supervisors could speak with me. Once I was told they were in a meeting, and another time I was told there were no supervisors.
I don't know what to do next. I spent a great deal of money on this order. No one in your customer service department can offer me a refund, or a replacement of items, I am unable to speak to any supervisors who might be able to help.
Your customer service department seems more intent on getting off the phone with me than resolving my issue or helping me.
I have complied with all of Adidas's requests.
Adidas is my favorite brand. Two months ago I ordered sneakers, but the size did not suit me. I contacted the store manager and I kindly arranged an exchange. Thanks
Bought 2 pair to try need a slightly wider shoe they are wider slightly than Nike Wide shoes and more comfortable thanks Lap for helping me find a better shoe and support Adidas!
Placed an order on 10/02/2020, was not processed and shipped until 10/13/2020, contacted customer serice and inquired as to why it took so long just to process my order and they said it was due to covid which is laughable because Amazon is not having these issues at all. They shipped my items on 10/13/2020 and I will not recieve them until 10/19/2020 for very slow shipping. It took a total of 18 days to receieve my items after my intial order. I attempted to cancel my order and they would not cancel my order saying it was too late to cancel. Horrible customer service! Who wants to wait 18 days for something they paid for?! During this time I placed several orders with Amazon with zero issues and free, 2-day shipping. Adidas will never get my business again!
There are quite a few companies that have excellent customer service. If an error was made by the company, I usually have had a good experience.
Adidas.com is NOT one of those companies.
Luke ordered a pair of cleats. Instead, he got a $20 tshirt. After multiple calls- each blaming the shipping company or stating that the order was on the way. After four phone calls, I pushed a little harder for information (All while being very nice). We must ship the shirt back to get the shoes. What?! Ok. Email with shipping info should be sent in 24-48 hrs. Huh? Ok. Call again. New answers. Anyway, as soon as we scan the item at ups, cleats will be shipped.
Next day: have cleats shipped? We did everything right. Can you overnight them please?

So disappointing. And this could and should have been handled better by this company.

I recently bought sneakers from this company, I am very pleased with the quality, but the price seems overpriced.
One package was not delivered by Fedex in April. Since then, I've been calling Adidas many times to get a refund. Today (September), I was told I won't get a refund. They just stole $200 from me. It's a shame!

Products displayed in the website is totally different from what you receive.
I have order a shoe around two weeks ago the day I received the delivery I was very excited but as soon as I had open a box was totally shocked by the seeing the shoe what I have received it was totally different not just different the shoe is not from Addidas it's a local market cheap product. So I called the customer service and ask for help the told me to send mail with the picture of shoes and box etc etc. I done that but now they are saying that we are helpless in that matter the shoes what they have send is correct, they are not at all ready to listen I ask them to arrange a call back from the senior team but they are also not ready for that. These peeps from Addidas custom support are saying we will not return or exchange the product at all, this is the height of hypocrisy from a well known renowned brand like addidas.

So I request Addidas look into the matter as earliest.
Lastly- pls don't go with fraud brand like addidas if you want your hard earned money is to be safe go with some other brands.
I bought sportswear from Adidas, it was of good quality and it looks too attractive. The shoes are too classy! Lasts for a long time. The rate of product is genuine. I suggest my friends buy it from this site. It is good to gift someone from this product.
I've never shopped at the Adidas online store but suddenly there are multiple charges to my Paypal account. I call Adidas customer service, they confirm they have the orders and will flag them as fraud and take care of it. When more Adidas charges appear, I call again. They tell me the orders are going to Texas, I tell them that's not where I live and the orders are fraud. They put me on hold, transfer, hang up.
They provided info to PayPal that the orders were shipped to my address in Colorado, but the shipments actually went to Texas - the FedEx tracking confirms they went to Texas and were delivered. Adidas refuses to refund my money, Paypal refuses to do anything because they think the items were shipped to my address.
Adidas should never have shipped the orders in the first place since I reported the fraud. Not only did they ship those orders, they took multiple NEW orders and shipped those too, then they lied to PayPal about where they were going to make the transactions look legit. It's like they want criminals to use their site to steal.
I buy the best sneakers only here. In fact, it is one of those brands that deserves attention not only because of advertising but also because of reasonable prices and product quality.
The yeezy boost 380 are really my boots. They look so stylish. It's convient to run in them... Will buy some more shoes there, definietly.
I placed an order for running shoes and socks, and applied Adidas' 15% discount for signing up. Well they cancelled my order the next day. I double checked all of my account information and credit card details and there were no mistakes. I spent almost 2 hours on hold with no response (after which I hung up). This was a complete disrespectful waste of my time. I always used to buy Adidas for my entire family but now I'm going to switch to some of their competitors.
Placed an order, was supplied a tracking #. Gave me a date when the product should be delivered, on the expected day Adidas changed the tracking date to unknow. Huge let down. So I called in and after waited 1:15
Talked to a rude rep that actually hung up on me. Waited another week with no tracking # and no call back from a manager as I requested to the rude rep. Left with no idea when the slides were to come I ordered of Amazon and they where at my door next day! Finally received the slides from adidas and went to the Adidas store to return as already had the Amazon pair, Adidas would not return in store! Bought from Adidas but cant return at Adidas. To sum it up, if you buy from Adidas online store you are totally at their mercy!
Ultraboost shoes for running are indeed very good for running. They are easy and make the legs feel great while running.
Don't get me wrong I love Adidas shoes, which is what makes this hard to say, but the company itself is nothing short of a disgrace to all businesses out there. Customers don't come first, and products just don't come at all. This has happened twice to me and to multiple other people, package says delivered but 9/10 times nothing is there. Then you call their customer service, which is the equivalent of asking your dog for help on math homework, they will tell you to call FedEx, FedEx will tell you to call Adidas. 3 hours later on the phone, 5 hours of stress, and still no shoes. Yes, Yes missing packages do happen agreed, but it seems to be Adidas moto, buy one get none kind of deal. Which for a big company you would expect protocol in place to deal with scenarios like that, but they will tell you is call FedEx. On the bright side they have great shoes quality, if they ever arrive of course
I ordered superstar shoes with black stripes on teh sides. They were delivered quickly, the prices was exactly the one presented on the site. I've already trid them and can say they are very comfortable and light.
I think that adidas is one of the best online shops for buying sportswear. In my company we have special discounts with adidas product and the quality is amazing. The user experience is also great. I would definitely recommnend it.
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
