Delivery took a little longer than usual, but that's to be expected at the moment. Trainers were not exactly as described on the website, so not sure if I will keep them. No issues with the rest of the order.

Adidas has pushed racism in the country through their showing of children shouting no justice no peace suggesting that justice is synonymous with one race being put in jail. Disgusting. And their brand is crap

I really got mad after my order through adidas.com delayed three times and keep getting delay notification instat of my pakage! What a disresponsiblity and bad sences, i recived my order in 11 days instate of 4 days that i told when i submet my order. I could get it 2 dollars cheaper and in 2 days if i ordered it by amazon. But i thought it will be beter experience if i go with the oregin sorce which is a big not a true. So i gave them 0/5

Great selection of sports clothing! Everything is high quality, and clothing designs are both cute and functional. Especially love how breathable some of their gym tops are! They also have quite nice backpacks that can be used on an everyday basis, and are sturdy + spacious
I order clothes from Adidas for my son's birthday. The delivery new happy. They sent me a photo and said the delivery guy left the package from my door and I need to deal with the delivery company and gave me the phone #. I called three time during my work break. Last guy from Adidas, he even hang up the phone when I ask him to refund my money because it's almost month I am dealing with these people. It's almost $400 dollars worth of clothes. I am not done with it. Never order anything online from them.
I was just duped into browsing the Adidas website for two hours, selecting 3 items to buy, and liking many others for future purchases, thinking I'd get a 30% discount for being a nurse, but it's a disgusting PR stunt! When I proceeded to check out, when I entered the "promo code" that I also had to spend 15 minutes verifying in a 3rd party website (ID verify) that I was a nurse, the "discount" line in the totals changed to "30% off" but the total and shipping were the exact same! Be aware that Adidas is only concerned with pretending to care about those whom they offer these fictitious discounts to, for good PR, but just taking a moment to review your order, once you're conned into browsing their site, will show you how full of it they think we are!
Horrible. Zero customer service. Zero respect. Refuse to cancel an order. Refuse to investigate where the order even is. Package has dissappeared and they refuse to help at all.
I bought an Adidas shoes couple of months ago which I thought would be perfect for everyday use. I wore it the first time and walked in it for 20 minutes, and the back of my leg started to bleed from the scraping of the shoe against my leg, not exactly what I expected..
Someone needs to stoke this company down for good - I have been waiting for a month for Xmas package I ordered. Only to find out - so has everyone else. Don't do it. Don't think this is even a real company. No tracking numbers match up - nada - SHUT THEM DOWN
Placed a order on 11/30, here it is, December 19th and still no items. I did every thing right by shopping early and they really messed me up. Website showed it left their company, and then resides in a black hole for the next 3 weeks with absolutely no update beyond that using their tracking number. Called their customer service department last week who basically told me tough luck. Will never buy from their website again. I'm having to shop last minute to replace the shoes I never received. I will be requesting a full refund on Monday to help pay for the other purchases I have to make now. Really really disappointed in them. I bought on line for EVERY SINGLE purchase during my holiday shopping and this is the ONLY ONE who really screwed up.
Placed an order for multiple items on 28th of November and items weren't shipped till 14th of December, yes, 16 days after placing an order which then got an email that one of the item (most important one) is out of stock and has been cancelled! Well, what do you expect if you take 16 days to shipped my items of course there's a big chance they will be out of stock! It's meant for a Christmas present too now I only have few days to find them and get them to me on time, which I now have to pay full price plus shipping costs as I tried to get this specific item on Black Friday sale for the discount. Chat support sucks, no help and no response at all! So so disappointed!
I have experienced terrible customer service with adidas and their shipping company.
I placed an order on black friday for a hoodie however my address was missing a unit number.
I contacted adidas to explain this and they said there was nothing they could do, and that i would have to wait for my refund and reorder the item at FULL PRICE.
The items is now SOLD OUT and won't have it in time for Christmas.
I am upset because i contacted the shipping company and the reassured me they have corrected the address and it wouldn't be sent back. I did my part in fixing it and NOBODY helped me.
Now i am without a gift, expected to reorder an item thats sold out!? And WAIT like 2 weeks for a refund?
So basically i'm out $60 over the holidays with no gift.
Thanks for nothing.
OH and i've been trying to get in contact with customer support but they are closed all weekend and its Monday and still no support is available.

I placed online order of 4 items with adidas on 12/01/20. On 12/02/20 i received tracking numbers for 2 packages, on12/4/20 I received 2 items. As of 12/10/20 the 2nd package which contained a new release sneaker (now sold out) still has not been received by USPS from adidas. Today they told me it's never gone from their warehouse to the USPS, with no resolution offered. Also be aware of their company policy regarding packages never shipped or lost in transit, they WILL NOT replace these packages, they will refund you and you must re order them, so if you are purchasing with their current 30% sitewide discount and your package is lost in order to get your items you must repurchase the items at the current price, so you could be paying 30% more than you originally paid. I honestly will not order from them anymore, I've never experienced a company unwilling to replace a lost or never shipped package, not ever
I place an order of well over $100 before tax, shipping, etc. during their cyber Monday sale. Some of my items instantly had a shipping delay and I was notified. That's fine - I understand COVID is hampering the shipping industry. That's not the real issue, because those items appeared only a day after they were scheduled to. My problem is that one item, scheduled to arrive dec. 6th, has not even been received by the shipping company. Not only that, but the item seems to now be sold out on their website. They've already taken the money from my account, which is even more strange, because they charged this item separately (and the money came out of my account for said item a few days before the money for the others). When contacting customer service, they asked me to provide 10 business days for processing, yet the shipping option I selected said 3-5 days for processing (7-10 days for arrival), and the original customer support agent said it would be no longer that 3-5 days for processing and that I would get an email update shortly (it's nearly a week later). I feel that they're prolonging telling me that they've made an error, after they've taken my money and made sure I've missed out on all other website's cyber Monday offers. To top it all off, the chat agent took 10+ minutes to respond and had no real answers, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and continued to repeat herself without offering any sort of solution or reassurance. I will never be ordering from Adidas.com again.
Comfiest shoes I have ever owned and I get so many compliments and questions about them. Great sneaker! Good for running around.
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
