I thought of stopping by to leave my review after I received my "Off Shoulder Blouse". I read a lot of about this company, saw nice stuff on their website and instagram account, I asked around and I didnt hear good stuff... but I really liked the top so I went for it... It took almost a week to arrive to my city. My order was fine, i didnt have any issues with tracking, customer service helped me when I asked about the package. So. For me it was ok. The quality of the top is really good and it is at a good price with free shipping. I see a lot of hate in some of this comments, but you never know, maybe some people didnt like their stuff that can happen also. But I just wanted to share that my order was ok and I will order the pants now because I just love them.

I can't warn you enough to stay away from this Company!

Terrible quality clothing doesn't resemble advertisement, return cost $50 and they still won't refund my money. On top of that, they won't return the items. I am now out of pocket over $200 while they sit with my money and my product. I will never not check reviews before buying something online again so good on you for checking them and please stay away from Adel Paris at all costs!

Der Händler tritt als ADEL PARIS auf und lässt den Kunden glauben, es sei ein Unternehmen in Paris/Europa. Die Sendung kommt jedoch direkt aus China und es handelt sich dabei um absolute Billigware. Der Knopf meiner Hose war schon beim Auspacken abgefallen, die Kleidungsstücke riechen unangenehm chemisch und haben auch keinerlei Kennzeichnung (Marke, Material, Waschinstruktionen).

Die Bilder von ADEL PARIS auf Instagram, Facebook und der Webseite sind aufgehübschte Fotos der Kleidungsstücke, die mit der Realität nichts zu tun haben. Die Kleidungsstücke sind nicht einmal 5 wert.

Der Rücksendeprozess bei ADEL PARIS erweist sich als schwierig, da der Kunde die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück nach China senden muss. Zudem verlangt ADEL PARIS eine Sendungsnummer, was die Lieferkosten deutlich in die Höhe treibt.

Der Sitz des Unternehmens ist in den USA, aber Warenlieferung und -rücksendung werden über China abgewickelt. Zudem scheint es, als ob ADEL PARIS die negativen Kommentare auf Social Media löscht. Die hier im Forum geposteten positiven Bewertungen sind entweder fake oder ich kann sie ganz und gar nicht nachvollziehen.

Ich habe zum Glück über PayPal bezahlt und den PayPal Käuferschutz aktiviert. PayPal hat sich jetzt eingeschalten und unterstützt mich in dem Fall.

Ich kann jedem nur von der Bestellung bei ADEL PARIS abraten - ihr habt nur Ärger damit...

Scam with smell of toxic trash!. They do sell "dreams" - but of the worst kind! On their site, because the photos are worth millions, if you compare them to the real thing. I ordered stuff from them at the beginning of April. On may 20th I was still writing emails about items not being delivered. End of May left to Europe, items arrived in absence, returned mid July to some crazy ugly, plastic(no natural fibers in any of them, pure polyester of the worst type) clothes, that not even a beggar in Africa would wear.
I contacted them to ask how I can returned them and this is their answer:
"All orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours and shipped within 3-7 business days. Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 45+ business days.

Our Return policy is also very clear:

And we all must follow it. Right after 14 days the orders are closed by our supplier, and we don't have an access to them. Thus we are not able to make any exception here.

As you can see deliveries can take up to 45+ days, but the return is at 14 days max.
If you are not home when your things arrive, because you can not wait forever for the delivery, than you are doomed - you have to fit in those 14 days for return.
I threw the stuff the next day... the money which were stolen from me by this scam of a company will never be recovered... and their clothes are not cheap!
PS: whatever comment you read saying great material, great quality etc. is a paid ad, there is nothing good, or decent in them... and if you look, they have someone posting a good comment immediately after a bad one... so be smart about it and read through their lies! For sure they never heard of cotton or linen, or silk, or anything of quality!
