I've been over a month since I ordered 4 items. One by one, none of them were able to be delivered b/c they put the wrong address on the package. They still won't refund me for the items even though I've reached out to USPS on their behalf. I'm pretty sure this site is a scam and I'll be going through insurance recovery with my credit card company for this purchase. This is the first review I've ever written since I've never been so frustrated before. Sounds cliche, but stay away!

I online shop often and this was by far the most disappointing site.
An order placed received no tracking number and when 2 weeks post-order I emailed to request tracking number they advised the order had been canceled due to suspicious card (I use the card DAILY for online shopping).
Why was the order cancelled 2 weeks after being placed?
I asked if I could re-order and have express post (I live in Indonesia and was having items sent to Australia as am about to holiday there and was relying on this shipment of great clothes to wear) and after 3 emails requesting this and asking why the cancellation was done 2 weeks after the order I still don't have a reasonable reply.
I tried hard to resolve the situation before writing this review.
Completely unsatisfactory customer service, order process and overall shopping experience.
Nice clothes and deals tho - if you can get them.

AWFUL - Please do not order from here. I spent £230 on the site and received dresses that were barely sewn together, shipped from China even though the site is called Adel 'Paris'. Customer services said their live tracking system does not work. I have ordered the same dress in different colours but in the same size. One fits and the others are too small. I ordered a romper in XXL and it barely fits my 5 year old niece. Please avoid at all costs. I have reported them to the FCA. If they ask you to ship something back to China, tell them no and ship it here^^ it costs so much money to ship things back to China, they hope you won't bother so please send it here. Include your order number and name. I just called the building and they said they operate out of it for returns.

Hey guys, I bought a dress and received a totally different one, poor quality the dress had no tags and looked nothing like the discreption and the pictures on AdelParis website. They didnt accept to take it back paid $40 for literally nothing. They scam you with the name AdelParis but its actually brought from China. They use other high end brands dresses pictures with the models and then once you order it they try to copy it in the cheapest way possible. This website is a big scam stay away!

I ordered two pairs of shoes, both is size 6. When they arrived one said 36 on the bottom of the sole, the other said 37 on the bottom of the sole. Clearly the 37 is a 7 and was too big for me since i'm a size 6. The other shoe marked 36 fit me well. They refuse to exchange the 37 for me free of charge (since they made an error) and are making me send the shoes back to China from Canada, just so I can have what I paid for. It costs 3 X times the value of the shoes to ship to China ($80!). This is a scam so that they do not exchange. They are not credible and will not help you in any way if you need an exchange or refund. This is a scam. Don't waste your money like I did.
