This co does not deserve even one star. What you order is not what you get and on top of that it comes from China so takes 2-3 months to get here. Yes it is cheap merchandise but even cheaper quality than you could ever imagine. The item ordered was a white jumpsuit that was so sheer and flimsy when it arrived you could not be seen in public anywhere. I hear it costs almost as much as the merchandise to return it and they won't take it back unless you return it within 14 days anyway. Horrible company - doing business with them is a money losing proposition!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from them. The product is see through and un-proportional. AND FEELS LIKE A CHEAP COSTUME!

What makes me even more mad is that the only 5 star reviews this company has is clearly someone who works for them! Terrible English and grammar is a dead give away. You just steal people's hard earned money, and you'll get what you have coming to you.

At first I thought, "man at least their customer service is quick to respond, surely they'll refund me when they see my pictures" but instead the said "we have determined your product is not faulty", but they tell you that you HAVE to send the item back and give them a tracking number within 8 days to receive the refund which by the way the cost to return to china is higher than the cost of the product!... AFTER it makes it back to freaking china a month later for them to "inspect it" - It's total bull$#*!, the product is a joke. I literally put it on and started laughing. It was so see through and high water length pants, I couldn't even move my arms. I'm a fit 5'4 woman, i ordered my size and i received garbage! The ironic thing is I am not laughing now that I've spent $30 ill never see again. I feel so dumb for not checking reviews i was just so excited to have "found" my bridal shower outfit.

Shopping at Adel Paris is the biggest mistake of my life! I knew I shouldn't trust these flagging up adverts on instagram, facebooks etc but the pictures they've advertised was so tempting and yes I was one of the victims! My order had 4 items in it, however they all arrived separately and at different time scales. When the first item arrived, I've acknowledged it was a trap that I've put myself in. It did NOT look like anything like the pictures that's been advertised! It arrived in a cheaply packaged plastic bag with no tags, receipts or order confirmation! No terms and conditions in regards of the return policy or what so ever! They were just cheaply made clothes and shipped from china that doesn't even worth 10 RMB! I got told if I wanted a refund I'll have to shop it all the way back to china with a tracked system which costed me £10 per item! I had to return them because each item costed $33.00 - $60.00 USD. After returning the first 3 items, the fourth one has finally arrived, but it was FAULTY! It had a BIG STAIN at the front of the blouse, I've reported it to the company immediately and asked for a prepaid postage return label because it's their responsibility when their product is faulty. They refused to refund for my postage because they sent me a faulty product! Claiming they have no responsibility for it even though I have even showed them the consumer act policy!
This company is a BIG SCAM! Please avoid shopping with them!
I have received no customer service, it was a disgraceful experience having to deal with such a disgusting company! I regret for not reading the reviews before made my purchase! Please stay away and save your money!

I ordered a white jumpsuit. All the reviews I've seen were great (obviously fake), and I wanted to take the time to put the truth out there. This item was completely see-through and the fit was so bad that we laughed for hours and the text photo went to all of my friends. There's no address to return, I've contacted them 3 x's with photos and documentation, and cannot get anyone to give the "return approval" and am assuming I'll get it after the "14 days to return". I'll be reporting for fraud for sure. I hope this saves someone money since I wasted mine, and this time I'll never get back!

This company came through on Facebook advertisement. Ordered a black Sequin jacket $55 & a white blouse with a blue bow $49 on December 8th 2018. Received my tracking # by plugging my order # in on the website. I sent an email on 12/17/18 and 12/18/18 requesting an update b/c tracking # wasn't working. Website stated unavailable. I received this email back:"Once the parcel reaches your country you will be able to track it via USPS tracker."
I then track my order on USPS and see this: "Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 9:34 am on December 31,2018 in SALT LAKE CITY, UT *******."

I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY!
I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. IT'S A SCAM!
And if you go to each review website of this company it's the same names writing positive comments. These are people affiliated with the company.
I was able to report this as a scam and my money was returned by my credit card company. I've been in contact with other women on Facebook that have ordered from this company and I get the same story.

I ordered a sweater and when I realized that it was being shipped from China I tried to cancel but they lied to me and told me that it already shipped. Shipping records prove that it had not shipped when I asked to cancel. The item took about a month to arrive and the fabric is awful. Cheap, stiff, scratchy. It's a $10 sweater priced at $42 and will cost more than that to return it so I have no recourse. I've been perusing their reviews and noticing that they all sound fake, All of their products on their website are rated 5 stars and all of their reviewers are giving them 5 stars. That's just not reality. Especially when you see bad reviews about them all over the internet. I've purchased good Chinese products but Adel Paris is not selling good products. Stay Away!

I got my dress in less than 10 days, the quality is good and the service I got from their customer service was good also, I asked them about the tracking on my order and they helped me right away. One thing to improve is the shipping speed. But I recommend.

I read some bad reviews and I was concerned about my orders, but everything was fine, the shipping takes a bit longer than expected but my clothes came in perfectly and the quality is really good as well. So no regrets from me and I will probably make more orders.

I got my orders and everything is fine. I thought to stop by here and share my experience since I got contacted by a freak on instagram telling me horrible things about this company and how she wants to close this them and is spreading hate all over the place! Weird stuff... buy anyway, for me everything was ok, I ordered 2 times from them, they even sent me their affiliate program in case I want to share and get some money as well, since I have more than 150k followers on instagram. Anyway, you gotta be careful with people spreading hate with no reason, but you can decided for yourselves of course, my orders were fine and I will keep buying from them.

I was looking for a good and reliable store, I always order only one item at first just to check their shipping speed and quality of their items and I was pleasantly surprised with both of them with Adel Paris ( not to forget that shipping is free) shipping was very fast it came to me in less then 15 days, quality was above average and I was quite please with that too since their items are quite cheap! Thank you Adel P. This was a great experience for me.
